Amazing service! Called in the AM because I had no hot water & Leslie was so understanding & kind. She was able to get me a same-day appt. with no "emergency visit fee" and the whole problem was remedied in less than 30 minutes. Art showed up within 4 hours and was able to fix the problem right away. He was very professional & explained everything. He even stayed a few extra minutes to make sure the water heater was working properly. Happy to have hot 🔥 water 💧 again. Thanks Big Cat!

I can’t recommend Big Cat enough! After my pipes froze and burst, causing major flood damage throughout my home, they stepped in and completely re-plumbed the entire house. On top of that, they also redid my entire boiler system, ensuring everything was back up and running perfectly.
