The people who own and run this business really do right by their customers. They truly have incredible integrity. I purchased all new shower and tub sets and sink faucets for 4 bathrooms in my home. Bill’s came over and installed them and some new shutoff valves. They had a new employee whom was young and not very experienced. He caused some damage to my new fixtures. I didn’t notice it for weeks because it was in the one unused bathroom in my home. When I called Jen, the office manager (always a delightful person to speak to) she helped me get an owner of the company back to my home within a few days to fix the damage. The co-owner Mike went to the place I purchased my fixtures from, got a new one, and fixed the damage completely free of charge. He was very apologetic (even tho it wasn’t his fault the damage occurred) and professional. Side note the other co-owner Justin did my kitchen sink plumbing which took extensive work because the sink was to deep and he was awesome. A genuinely cool person to have a conversation with and did outstanding work.

We replaced our gas water heater with a tankless one after a leak. We received a few estimates from other companies. We decided to go with Bill’s because we felt they quoted us a fair price, they were prompt and responsive. Joe and Mike were both friendly and professional. Everything was done quickly and we didn’t have to wait on anything. Mike left the area cleaner than it was when he arrived!

Tristen was fantastic in replacing our hot water heater. Given ours had finally reached its end on a Sunday Afternoon, his attitude couldn't have been more positive. The fact he was so professional, he set our minds at ease and got it swapped out expeditiously. I'd highly recommend this company, their technician did excellent work and explained everything thoroughly!!

We had sold our home and needed to do some work on the septic line and put in a new pressure tank. Bill’s took great care of us throughout the process. Mike and Mike were awesome!!! Will certainly use them and recommend them again.

Mike and Aaron worked to fix a few issues we had with our plumbing. The main bathroom tub/shower wouldn't provide hot water even tho the sink had it. Mike found a piece of rubber blocking the hot water and fixed the issue quickly. Our basement shower did not have a good water pressure making showering not great. Mike & Aaron fixed it & it has water pressure one expects when showering now. Took 3 hours but worth it. These guys were good workers. I would recommend Bills Plumbing.

I cannot express how impressed I am with the owner's of Bill's Plumbing. There was an accident with one of their workers spilling some chemicals on our kitchen floor, ruining it. Without hesitation, one of the two owners, Justin, put us in touch with someone who would be replacing our floor (as it could not be repaired). I think it is rare nowadays to find "stand up" companies, where you do not have to fight for what is right if you are wronged. They went above and beyond. I meant to write this some time back. The fact that I am writing it now shows how much I think how good company this truly is. Thank you!

Bill's was fantastic. This is an honest and straightforward company. The mainline backed up, and they sent someone the same day when it became an emergency and coordinated two other services to do sewage clean up and excavation. Mario and team were professional and appreciated. Very reasonable quote and end cost for the work that needed to be done.

I called Bill's Plumbing to install a gas line for a gas stove. I wanted to make sure that he was licensed and could pull the permit, which he was. Mike, who was so nice, came to my house and did the work. He then came back the next day to meet the inspector and hook up the stove. I felt peace of mind knowing that the work was done safely. He even fixed a clogged drain while he was here, which was so kind. I would highly recommend Bill's Plumbing.
