My furnace wasn't working and within a few minutes someone was here to check it. We thought it was working again before he left, but the next morning it wasn't. Right after I called again, I had the repairman back out within about an hour. He replaced a part and it's working fine again, just in time for more cold weather. I have had nothing but great, timely, and courteous service from everyone at B&L. I'm so satisfied with them that I signed up for their comfort plan!

Rick was the tech that did the job and he was very knowledgeable and work hard to get it done. I appreciate you guys and will call you in the future. I recommend them for your future needs. I called to have a legacy shower valve replaced. Gratefully, a cancellation enabled same-day service. Our technician initially seemed very helpful. He then informed us it would be over $1,000 to simply replace a shower valve. He tracked dirt, snow and ice throughout our house as he exited and re-entered over a dozen times without ever taking his work boots off. He also agreed to quote a potential other job in the house and have it to us the next day. That quote never arrived. We aren’t difficult folks and extend kind, fair treatment to the companies we work with. We will not be working with B&L or recommending them to anyone going forward. 1.30.25 Update: B&L called to rectify the situation. We spoke about the issue and they promised to follow up with me. I called twice following this and was told my contact was busy. It’s been two weeks now with no response.

Chase was prompt and efficient. We had no idea we’d be able to get a new water heater the same day we called. He came on the dot at the first available time and brought us a new hot water heater in the next hour. We are grateful for B & L Plumbing. We highly recommend them!!

Choosing B&L to fix my Water Heater situation was a great choice. The Technician Rick was Amazing! Super nice guy. He made sure I understood what was going on in the process. Unfortunately one part had to be fixed the next day, and had to send another Technician out. Chase was just as great! He got everything fixed and situated and it is doing great. From the moment I called to set up for someone to come out, to the end result was a pleasant experience. I would definitely use this company for any future needs.

We found B&L through an online search when we had a pipe freeze and burst. Our experience was top notch. Ryan helped to get us scheduled for the same day and called ahead to see if the technician could come early. Chase, the technician, was courteous and knowledgeable. He explained what he was going to do, showed us pictures of the damage, and quoted the (very reasonable) rate before completing the work. I will be using B&L for future plumbing needs!

I called because I heard a leak behind my wall in my master bathroom. I also had low pressure in my main bath and need to change the drain spout. The quoted me $89 for a service call and the tech would go through everything and give me a quote before any work started. Kevin came out, nice guy, and went through everything. He told me the leak was just drainage pipe expansion which was a relief. He the tried to fix the low pressure. He couldn't get it fixed under the current quote ($647.75) and said he would have to go in the wall. I told him to wait. He then replace bath drain. When it was done he called the office to take some money off as all he got done was the drain. They took $40 off. So, all I got done was the drain and it cost me $600. I find that to be ridiculous. I will not be using them again as it seems all they are interested in is money. Very dissatisfied. John D Follow up. B&L called me because of this rating. They refunded me $253 which I really appreciate. I thought this was much more fair. They apologized and I will be using them in the future.

Excellent service and quick response. I had a water heater not displacing hot water. The technician provided me two options for repair, although the cheapest option was the obvious option I was reminded the water heater was over 11 years old and couldn’t guarantee how long the interim repair would last. I requested replacement of the heater and the technician had it completed in less than 3 hours. He also assisted me with scheduling the regional building office review of the installation. Extremely pleased with B&L service! I would highly recommend them.
