Blue Iguana has helped us over the past few months, moving water lines, hooking up a RO filter, sinks and a toilet. Very professional, they cleanup after themselves and are patient with lots of questions. I will always call them if we need a plumber!

We received six quotes to replace our 40 gallon water heater that had finally given in with a new 50 gallon water heater. Blue iguana saves me a lot of money, they showed up the next day, the job was done quickly and efficiently, Kit was very kind, and the next day the job passed inspection. Honestly, I checked everyone else, don’t hire anyone but Blue iguana to change your water heater.

We used blue iguana because these reviews were good. Unfortunately we are extremely disappointed with their service. We used them to replace an old water heater that broke in July 2020. This past January the new water heater stopped working so we called them up. Kit came over and said the Rheem water heater wAs faulty but he couldn’t replace it because Rheem requires a Rheem certified plumber! Why would blue iguana use a non Rheem certified plumber, basically we were left waiting for five days until a “Rheem certified” plumber to show up late on a Friday. They took the 6month old water heater to Home Depot on woodman, Powers, and they charged me over 100.00 for replacing a new water heater. Apparently the water heater had a faulty Gas valve, blue iguana knew it and said nothing.After blue Installed our water heater a month later they installed another one for us in September. We thought they pulled a permit only to have another plumber say we don’t have a permit For the water heater. . We called them about the permit but we have not heard back from them. We were hoping to put A/C in the house but without them pulling a permit we cannot go forward. I would not recommend this company they do not follow through and they left us without hot water during the coldest weather this year. Kit did tell me he was really busy that week with pipes bursting all around, did they not help us because they wanted new business? We trusted them twice I hope no one else experiences this company. If they help I will let you all know.

Had these guys come out to figure out why my kitchen would back up on the other side and had them fix my leaky sink in one of my bathrooms and hookup 2 waterfilters. They came in assessed the situations came to a conclusion and went to work got done in about an hour with all the projects. Change piping in kitchen as well as found 2 butter knives then replace piping in bathroom sink and hooked up filters. Super affordable and quick and on time took care of business will reccomend to all my friends

Got a quote and hired them to replace my water heater. A few months later I contacted them for a leaking tub issue and that it had started after the installatiin and no response. If it is a one time job good company anything after that dont hold your breath.

Such a great experience with Dan and Blue Iguana Plumbing! Very professional and high quality work! I’ve called Dan for a couple of jobs now and as much as I hope I don’t need him again any time soon, he’s my first call should I have any plumbing concerns or new projects!

We needed a gas line installed for a new dryer. Dan and his team were thorough and efficient. Easy to work and communicate with. No issues before or after.
