He came to the property, assessed the situation in a professional manner, and provided us with an honest and thorough quote for the repair costs. I have to start by saying that the customer service here is outstanding! We initially just wanted to replace our water heater. After checking around, we found Colorado Best Plumbing offered the best price! They don’t charge for coming out to provide estimates, which was a nice surprise since many others do. Billy and Miguel showed up, and they were not only very friendly but also extremely professional. While they were here to give us an estimate for the water heater replacement, I asked if they could also provide an estimate for replacing our really old heater. They happily agreed! What began as just a water heater replacement ended up including an AC unit replacement and some added insulation too! Everything was installed quickly and it works wonderfully! The whole process took just a couple of days, and we are thrilled with the results! Great job, very professional and friendly!

I had a fantastic experience with Colorado Best Plumbing. Billy was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about all my plumbing questions. I wanted to buy a rain shower head, and we talked about the various installation methods and the different options available. The technician Miguel came by and was incredibly professional. He did an excellent job installing a new water pressure regulator and also sealed an old gas line inside the wall. Additionally, he installed a new garbage disposal. All the work was carried out in a very professional way. We're grateful for the fantastic service we received!
