Over the course of a week, long, very extensive and complex sewer job at our place which required the use of liners to do preventive maintenance on our 300+ feet of sewer main, Dan’s was extremely professional. Great communication throughout and an amazing final product which has saved us from having to Trench and replace pipe for hundreds of feet.

Fast, friendly, and effective! We had a chunk of cement lodged in our cleanout pipe that was caused multiple backups into the house. I worked with a separate plumbing service that suggested excavating which would have cost us thousands. As we continued shopping around, we found Dan's business and sent him footage of the blockage. He reached out immediately and offered to try fixing it to help prevent any excavation. He and Quinn came out with their pneumatic claw and were able to break the cement up and clear the blockage completely. HUGE relief as this saved us time, stress, and money! Found sewer to be backed up. Called a couple of plumbers & went with first availability. The first company offered two options with a very high price. Neighbor gave me Dan’s Drains & Digs. Came out that day & put a camera down the clean out & a gave me a very good option with a great cost. After fixing the blockage they discovered a crack in pipe close to city main. Dans crew came the following week and put in a liner. No closing street, cutting into asphalt etc.. Problem solved. I would recommend getting Dan’s opinion on your plumbing/drain issue before you hire anyone. I believe they are honest ppl who are willing to help a customer out without breaking the bank.

Zac was efficient and his ability to clear the clogged pipe was effective. He went above and beyond by checking out the downstream pipes as well and suggested improvements to the drain system that could alleviate future problems, too. Great service! Highly recommend.

As you imagine when you have a plumbing issue all of your fears come to head. We were told by a different company that are pipes that collapsed and that it looked that they were completely broken out of place towards the street. So this could have been a very very expensive fix. My boyfriend had seen the commercial some years ago for this type of service. After a little googling I found a company name and I called them they were immediately able to come in the next day with a free estimate for us. I couldn't believe how quickly they were able to schedule us and also to be able to receive a free estimate seemed unreal. The text that came over the house was very polite efficient and knowledgeable, he gave us a fair quote. Since the quote was considerably cheaper than what we thought we were going to have to worry about into the street we decided to make the beginning initial appointment. They were able to come out within a couple days to start the first process or the next week whichever was convenient for us. Dan himself came knocking to the door on the day he said he would be there at the time he said he would be he was very polite knowledgeable and kind. They worked quickly to get the Lions scoped out and cleared and the first part of the process done and after seeing what they found we were very relieved that we called this company to help us in our time of need. The cost was a third of what we were thinking we were going to have to spend. It seems from the moment that their tech came for the free estimate they really had just helped us, they answered all of our questions they were very time efficient kind friendly and professional. The 100% dealt with the city and anything needed for permits ore inspections. This whole nightmare was done completed and all tidy for us by Dan and his team in a little over a week. We are so thankful and impressed anybody I know that has any kind of plumbing issues I will continue to refer them to Dan's drains and digs for the best service I've ever seen. I called Dan's Drains and Digs based upon a recommendation from a friend. We had a rock lodged in one of our drainpipes that could possibly have caused a serious back up and costing $$$$$$ to remove and repair. Zach came to our home and using a camera found the rock. He then located the rock in the drain system and was able to dislodge it and clear the line. Dan will be the first person I call if there are in future needs. Dan's Drains and Digs was immediately responsive to our blocked sewer drain. Zack came out in less than an hour from our initial call to check out the situation and gave us an estimate that evening.
