Our drainage system was 31 years old, and one drain was completely blocked, causing water to overflow near the foundation. Initially, another company tried to help but couldn't figure out the cause of the blockage. Then, Malachi was called in and used a flexible hose-style camera to pinpoint the level of obstruction. He developed a clear plan of action that involved digging a deep hole under an aggregate concrete wall, removing an old, broken section of PVC pipe that had a 5-foot mass of tangled roots causing the blockage. It was clear that Malachi has extensive experience handling complex plumbing issues. He is knowledgeable, professional, and friendly, and he completed the job quickly and efficiently with his skilled crew. After the work was done, the garden bed of bushes and rocks was restored beautifully. Malachi even reached out afterward to ensure I was satisfied with the results. I couldn't be happier. Their thoroughness was unmatched; other contractors who had seen our project didn't want to touch it or weren't as detail-oriented. Once Julian and Malachi began the job, they worked full time until completion, leaving us in awe of their craftsmanship. We have just one shower and were under time pressure, but they handled it adeptly. They had to carry out some plumbing work to correctly connect the new tub drain to the old sewer line, owing to previous poor workmanship. We were concerned that removing some tiles in the entirely tiled alcove and replacing them with different ones would give it a patchwork look. But Malachi collaborated with us on the tiling design, and the result is absolutely stunning. These gentlemen are indeed plumbing experts who know their craft inside and out.
