I hired Flood Damage Restoration to perform mold remediation on my home and couldn’t be more pleased. Everyone I worked with was helpful and knowledgeable. The crew that worked on my home, Mitchel and Ron, were amazing. They were punctual every morning and tidied up before they left every afternoon . The scope of my repairs ended up being larger than originally expected, but I was kept informed by the crew every step of the way. Even with the additional work my project was completed quickly. If I even have a need to in the future I would definitely work with this company again.

Flood Damage Restoration were amazing to help one of my daughters with a flood in her basement. Long process but excellent work. She referred them to my other daughter who had a flood in her kitchen. They were not available but Steve continued to call me and make sure things were going well and always offered his help with the process even though he didn't have the job. That is service ABOVE AND BEYOND. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing this service.

Steve, Mitch, Ron and crew were all professional, thorough, informative and efficient. They went above and beyond to help our family get everything taken care of for our loss. Including speaking with our insurance adjuster, a third party that our insurance uses to determine claims payments, and speaking to us (the homeowners) countless times, even after hours. Everyone was always courteous and knowledgeable. If we ever had another loss, we would call them! We would also strongly recommend them to anyone else! Great people, great work, great experience!!! Mitch & Ron are great communicators & workers! Steve the boss is great also & easy to deal with! I wanted people who have been thru a background & certified Colorado Drivers license holders to do the work! The insurance company sent PUROCLEAN & they said, they would not fullfill my request & I speculate could not! PUROCLEAN co-owner told me I don't have a right to know who is in my house or ask the workers if they are citizens! CRS10-4-120, protects the home owner & Steve agreed & was very accommidating! I woke up to a waterfall at 1am in my basement. I called the first number on Google and luckily it was these guys! Steve, Mitchell, and Rob preformed outstandingly.
