Excellent service! My furnace motor went out, so I e-vetted a few companies. Home Heating Service answered the phone right away (no machine). The receptionist was pleasant and set me up that same day. Carlos was my repairman. He was stellar. He diagnosed the problem quickly, went and picked up the new motor himself, returned after an hour on the road (no extra charge), and installed it in no time. He was pleasant, professional, courteous, and clean. The company even had a discount for seniors. What a satisfying experience working with Home Heating Service!

I recently used Home Heating Services to check my furnace. As it being an older unit I was quite concerned. However I was thoroughly impressed with both of the technicians. They were very professional from the very beginning letting me know when they would arrive. They explained everything so I could understand it and answered all my questions. I felt both their fees and service more than exceeded my expectations and I would not hesitate in recommending them.

Cody was by far the best heating technician I've ever worked with. He was knowledgeable, kind, and honest. We had another company say we HAD to replace the inducer fan or potentially the entire furnace. Cody was honest with what repairs were needed and saved us a shit ton of money.
