We had a fun time here, nothing to complain about. It's in a real nice spot in between Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs. You have a nice view of Pikes Peak if the weather cooperates!

This place was absolutely AMAZING!!!! We were so upset that we didn't stay here ALL weekend. The property is BEAUTIFUL and so well taken care of. Missa (spelling?) and Scott were both so great. SO GREAT. The guest house was so awesome. The 420 happy hour was delicious. The appetizers were homemade, fresh, and so yummy! The hot tub was probably where we spent most of our time. The late night eats were equally delicious! Our bedroom was so clean and adorable. We both couldn't believe a place like this existed! We were terribly sad to leave and have already started planning our return!!! Thank you to this WONDERFUL place. If you don't stay here while visiting Colorado Springs, you are a damn fool!!! 10 stars if we could!!!!

This hotel was everything we ever wanted in Colorado. The cottage we stayed in was very nice and clean. I was able to call and make my reservations over the phone. The owners were extremely nice! Staying here made our trip so wonderful. The location was perfect for all the activities and local shopping around the area!

Everything was pretty great. All you need to enjoy a great vacation in Denver. Their staff are incredible and provide great service and meals for the 420 happy hour and the wake and bake. They even provide samples for each! My suggestions would be to allow the lounge to be open all night with a key code (there is already a keypad on the door?), as well as securing the property a little bit better. We had someone wander into the yard and start looking into a cabin while we were in the hot tub. Other than that... great experience!

Weed friendly hotel , awesome staff complimentary happy hour with free weed samples appetizers and snacks , beer and wine. You can't smoke in your room but they will loan you a vape or you can smoke in there lounge until 10:30pm. The room was clean and would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a chill place close to dispenseries and food within walking distance. Also the mountain view from the room is nice.

OMG-What an awesome place to stay. We had a little cottage for the weekend and had such a great time. Cottages have a kitchen, so we were able to cook our meals, which was much better than waiting in all the long lines at every place we went (with the exception of the DIVE), there is an outdoor fire-pit, gas grill, lounge with pool table (and for Cannabis use if you choose) along with outdoor seating - we saw deer at night, who managed to walk through the back yard, stop and look at us for a few and then proceed to cross over Colorado (bus hwy 24) unscathed. It is central to all the attractions and only 10 minutes to downtown. Safeway is right across the street, complete with Starbucks. Owner met us and gave us the full tour - we had just missed the band Pantera, who was there the week before. Pretty awesome - we will stay here again and recommend.

The perfect Bud & Breakfast get away. The host Scott is amazing. Awesome snacks, happy hour fully stocked fridge, cute cozy rooms and atmospheres, perfect outdoor setup, you can see Garden of the Gods from the driveway & there is a Domino's next door (also amazing). 5 out of 5 stars. This is the perfect quick get-away!

Was the best time we have had on a trip! Scott and Chrisy were amazing hosts!!! Such a different atmosphere from our usual, but enjoyed every bit! It was quiet, comfortable, and perfect! Definitely will be going back!
