Jocque did a tremendous job with the plumbing for our recent master bathroom remodel. We very much appreciated his expertise and professionalism in the plumbing he did. The new bathroom is great! We would recommend his work to anyone needing plumbing services for a remodel or any other home improvement project. We will definitely hire him again in the future!

I was referred to Jolly plumbing by one of my friends that is a contractor when his normal company he works with was booked out for two weeks. I was told they do excellent work and he was correct. I had reached out to three different plumbers including Jolly and they were priced correctly 😃 They had a excellent turn around time 1 day to remove all of my old plumbing through the entire house and install new pex piping and fixtures 😃 They stuck to their bid, no surprise charges, 😃They even fixed a issue with one of my out flowing pipes that came up with a small leak at no extra charge to make sure it was left better than when they found it 😃 They got the work done and got my bathroom remodel back on track, this is so important to me since this is my only bathroom in the house 😃 They also have all the work inspected and of course it passed inspection with flying colors. Hands down they are the best company to go with.

Jolly has a good reputation, someone I really respect recommended them. My experience was just an anomaly. The worker who showed up to replace a broken water heater was unprofessional and lied to me. He didn't document anything for my insurance company. I kept asking for documentation and they sent me a document with something like, just the cost of repair. The experience was bizarre. The best thing was, I didn't feel like they were scamming a senior, which is huge. I've had so many horrible experiences! The worst thing was, when the service is bad, they're indifferent to the complaints. (The actual water heater installation was fine, no problems.)

I would have given 5stars but the young male employee I guess wasn't told incorrectly and was upset he had to sweat with his fresh new haircut and clothes. Dude you work in the dept where it will be hot and dirty and go under house for changing a pipes for new water faucets. Whatever. This was 1yr ago in August. Then my spouse comes back says it was a crappy job. I refused to call back other wise they charge me another $800

These guys are the best around. Called them for a hot water heater and they came out the next day. Great response time. Professional installation of my new hot water heater and I'm very satisfied. Not the first time I've used them. Both times were good experiences. Will definitely call them the next time I need a plumber also. You should too. Thanks Jolly Plumbing & Heating.

I wouldnt recommend this company, literally any other company besides Jolly. Called to have a shower fix, that I wanted to turn into a remodel. Changed to that because Jeremy admitted to botching his last job leaving them with a still dripping shower. We got into a remodel because we needed a fixed shower, not a worse problem. We then asked to have the 2nd bathroom done and was informed Adam the manager would call and come out to give a better picture of the job. Never heard from Adam, and followed back up amd again infor he would call us tomorrow. That never happened but we got a nice bill for them coming. Never heard from anyone and went with a different company who followed up and we couldn't be happier. Disappointing because they were highly recommended.
