This company is horrible. The owner is shady and a crook The were working on a new construction site. Commercial building. One of the guys left his cart outside. The wind took it and slammed it into the side of my truck.it left a nice dent and took off the paint. I called the office to see if they needed to take a report. I was assured that they would take care of the damage. Three days later I am asked to bring my truck to the business. The owner Dave lines the cart up and can clearly see it matches perfectly with the dent. I have security camera footage. He starts asking me personal questions about my car. Then proceeds to attack me for the damage. He is driving an 80k truck. He tells me he wants to slam the cart into my door again to prove it created the damage. He asks me what I want. I told him I want the damage fixed. He proceeds to accuse me of asking for a check and tells me I damaged the door and I am just looking for him to pay for it. I work on construction sites regularly. This shady man says my car is 2008 and old and he is not going to repair the damage his equipment caused. That is why I have insurance. However the police report came three days later because accidents happen and decent people do the right thing. He made me wait three days with assurance they would take care of this to attack me. Dave owns a business with shady practices.

Felt like I was VIP! Incredible customer service along with fast and prompt solutions when the manufacturer doesn't have what's needed. They went out of thier way to drive to another facility for a part that the manufacturer didnt have so I didnt have to go a month without hot water. I Can't say enough great things about this company and thier staff. Well done!

They installed my water heater two years ago and it wouldn't pass inspection. My husband had to take another afternoon off to have them come back to finally pass inspection. When it started to make a noise this past week, I didn't trust this outfit so I called someone else to come take a look. I learned that not only did they overcharge me by $300 - $400, they didn't install a standard valve at install. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

The work done was fine. Tanya was rude and completely unpleasant to work with. Very condescending and just all around terrible! As a person who owns a business I will never use this company again.

Just wanted to say a big Thank You to landmark plumbing for taking care of our water heater warranty issue. Tanya and Gavin went above and beyond expectations to contact the manufacturer and order parts after my initial contact resulted in a part that did not fix the issue and another couple of days without hot water. Work truck was blocking the handicap ramp into black bear. The driver of the truck was rude and laughed as he moved the truck for a wheelchair to get onto the ramp.
