Our bathroom sink was stopped up and would not go down. So we called leo's plumbing and they were pretty fast to getting to our house from the time we called. After the first guy came the sink started leaking which had never happened prior to him coming. Thankfully Leo's plumbing was very helpful in resolving this issue and sent Tyler who was very nice and very knowledgeable about his work, and of course we got the leak fixed free of charge! All in all it was a pretty good experience with them having good customer service, so yes i would recommend this company over any other in the springs area.

I had a great experience with Leos. I plan on using them in the future. Dustin came out to help us with some work. He was incredibly cool, and very professional. He showed me how my plumbing flowed in the new house we bought. We also had to have some excavating work done in our utilities room due to a rusted out old pipe. Dustin worked with the front office and had Dwayne and his excavating crew come out and handle the issue. Not only was the concrete work patched great, but the gentleman that was here and his two older sons cleaned up great and made everything worth it. Good prices also. I definitely recommend calling and seeing what they have to offer.

Sky was the technician for my property's root clog/back up. He was very patient, professional and just a very nice young man. If I ever have any issues again with my sewer I will request him. Also the office lady was awesome and kept me in the loop until tech arrived..

Holistic Alternative Solutions

Leo Sewer And Drain came to take care of a major plumbing clog and I was so pleased with their courteousness politeness explanation of everything and they cleaned up everything so well better than it was probably when they got there. I am just very pleased will be very happy if needed to use them again I could not be happier with the young man’s name was Richard and he had a helper with him and they were absolutely so respectful so nice The job was done quickly and I’m just over overly pleased. Thanks, you Leo Sewer And Drain for a job excellently well done.

We bought a house 1.5 years ago and this company did the home inspection repair of the sewer connection to the city due to puddles in our laundry area. Long story short the repair was not good. My fiance noticed that the issue was not resolved a month or so after. Luckily this cost was put onto the seller, but still, the such a thing a taking pride in your work and doing a good job. Not to mention, as new homeowners, when we called (we were gonna stick with Leo's due to our home inspector recommending them) the front desk lady was very abrasive and combative. TLDR: poor customer service and poor workmanship! D----------

We have used Leo's a few times in the past, and always a great experience every time. The last 2 days we have had to call them to assist with a couple of plumbing issues on a bathroom remodel for our kids. D, Russo, and Brayley (sp?) all came out and were able to tackle our issues with amazing efficiency and quality, at a more than fair price!! These guys deserve many kudos!

I wish I could give 5 stars because the technician who came out, Richard, was awesome. The scheduling was unfortunately a nightmare. I called them Thursday morning and they said they can come out later that afternoon to check out our pipe. The technician came out and didn’t have a scope small enough for our 2 inch pipe so he said they would have to reschedule. The office called me to reschedule and asked if I was available Friday morning and I said no, we won’t be home until later Friday afternoon. They offered me Saturday between 12-4 and I said that would be fine. Friday around 1:45 I get a call from them that the technicians are at my door for our appointment. I told the lady on the phone that my appointment was for Saturday, but I can go ahead and head home to meet them. She told me that they don’t normally work on Saturdays so that didn’t sound right, and the technician can’t wait for me so we would have to reschedule again. Then she said how about they go to their next job and give me a call when they’re on their way back and I said that would be fine. Then the lady calls me back a few minutes later saying she spoke to management and they will “honor” the agreement to come out on Saturday instead. The technician, richard, came out Saturday morning and got us all taken care of, but unfortunately it was quite a headache to get them out to our house with the right equipment and scheduling.

I had a sewer clog about 3:00 in the afternoon today, Saturday Oct 26 2024. I called and they were there within an hour. I figured that they came so soon because their tech was free, but he told me that he had other jobs scheduled yet to go to. I am guessing that they fit me in because there was a degree of urgency. The tech, Isaiah was friendly, personable, and professional. I need roots removed every couple of years or so. About a year and a half ago Mark from Pro Power Rooter came out and used a battery drill and a thin [like the diameter of a pencil] flexible cable to clear the main line. [What the heck?] he got it unclogged, but I know the mickey Mouse drill and cable did not and could not have done a good job. He also charged me extra because it was a weekend and up-sold me on a camera scoping. His camera was malfunctioning and only got a partial look, but he charged me for it anyway. June of this year I had Elite Rooter come out because it was draining very slowly, and they tried to scam me by running a bare cable with no cutter attachment down the line. Of course it did nothing. Before the tech did anything he "had to call his "manager" out." I asked them to put a cutter head on the cable and run it down, and the manager said "it wouldn't do any good." The he told me that I was going to need to have my line all dug up. I was able to get 5 more months of good draining by using foaming root killer on it, but it clogged up good today. Isaiah ran a cutter head [which Elite said that they couldn't do] and cleared it zip-zap. He also ran the cable down twice, which is good practice. It is only about 80 feet to the alley, but he ran the entire 200 foot cable out "Just to be sure." To sum it up, they came quickly, did an excellent job and charged a fair price, with no attempt, or even suggestion to up-sell me on anything. Excellent Job, Isaiah, and thank you Leo's for making the effort and coming quickly!
