Merastone Plumbing

Shane came out today to move some plumbing under my sink so I could install a reverse osmosis system. He was prompt, friendly and reasonably priced. Did great work, and even helped me with my RO install.

The owner Shawn walked me through an issue with my water heater and I was able to fix the problem. He was not able to make if to my house due to scheduled appointments but was gracious enough to assist over the phone. Very stand up guy and owner. I highly recommend. I will use Merastone in the future for any issues that may arise. Thanks Shawn!!

I can't recommend Shawn and Merastone more strongly . Professional, quality work, very fast , and reasonable cost . He cleared his schedule to address my emergency and was at my door less than 30 minutes after I called Will definitely use again.

Cameron and Shawn are excellent (don't mistake the current Shawn with the previous one - different person). Quickly assessed and diagnosed the problem, took preventive measures to ensure decreased liklihood of future events, brought our plumbing up to code with clear expertise, and took the time to explain what was happening and why. This is our 3d plumber. No reason to go anywhere else.

Great same day service! I called them at 8am and had a call back by 9:30am. They asked me my problem to help diagnose how much time a plumber would need and assigned a guy that morning. Mike arrived by 2pm and was done in an hour. Friendly and professional!

Normally, I reserve my reviews for companies that provide bad service, but every once in a while, one comes along that truly deserves recognition for their excellence. Merastone has twice earned that praise. I've used Merastone twice in the past few years and both times they arrived when they said they would and did an excellent job. I know my way around a toolbox and can tell when someone is doing a good job, or not. These guys did an excellent job of solving the problem and providing quality workmanship. Their bills were less than I had expected. I've dealt with other service companies and was pleasantly surprised at the excellent work and business ethics demonstrated by these guys. They have earned my highest recommendation.

I have attempted to use this plumber twice. The first time he was over an hour late and never called. When he finally did show, he did an ok job, so I decided to give him a second chance. The second time he never showed up. He was supposed to call and then stop by at the end of the day, but he ended up never showing at all, and also never even called to say he wasn't coming; very unprofessional. I would not recommend him, as my experience is he is not reliable.
