At first the service was great once I signed the work contract the communication went downhill. The workers left my house dirty as hell, didn't fully level concrete after replacing pipes. Killed some of my grass. I asked for some self-leveling to do it myself and never heard back. I will definitely never recommend this company... They wanted to send back to workers that thought it was okay the leave my house like this and that wasn’t okay with me . I wanted someone else to come and they never responded. Good luck I warned you! 01-10-24 response I have included part of the invoice to show it was the Correct company!! 02/06/25 Look at all the new 5-star reviews in a short amount of time. Must be paying for them !

George came out and was so kind. He helped me with a clogged drain stopper, at no charge and snaked the pipe, which a special discount was used. I had a couple of other issues which he guided me the best way to handle it. George has given me hope that there are still really good people in this world and he is as integrity and represents his company in a good way. He deserves a raise!!

To begin this company is a five star company. starting with the professional that answered the phone to start this process and Beau who took the project, started it and followed it through the whole way. A special thanks to the different crews that showed up through this crappy process. Always professional and always took time to answer any questions that I had. There attention to detail was awesome. I will recommend this company to anyone and everyone, thanks again to all.

I really appreciated the quick response and the effort it took getting my sewer line repaired. The crew did an excellent job. They were thorough and informative. I will recommend Mr. Rooter in the future.

Israel was professional, and responded quick to a same-day request. More importantly, he didn’t laugh when we found out that the problem to my toilet issue was that my toddler flushed a toy down. Would definitely recommend them to anyone else that has pesky toddlers or other issues that may need to be addressed.

Left my house super dirty- trekked mud and water from toilet back and forth multiple times across living room, kitchen and rug. Said they were unable to snake through the master bathroom "due to the copper pipes" though we had a different service do so with no problem 2 years ago. Sprayed brown sewage water all over the shower curtain and bathroom that they did use for snaking, left a puddle of toilet water just sitting in my child's bedroom where they placed the toilet. Basically had to bleach mop and disinfect the first floor of my house after they left. Definitely did not have this issue with previously used plumbing service who were meticulous and thoughtful and successful. Mr. Rooter unsuccessfully snaked the sewer line and want to sell me a $300 scope on top of the $300 they charged to snake and move the toilet. Not impressed.

So happy that Benjamin was able to get the water spigot and the water pressure valve replaced the same day! Had been the 2nd time he came out and I'm absolutely happy with the work he does! Everything has been working great and I'll definitely request him in the future if the need arises again!

We ended up rescheduling last minute because the plumber who gave us our estimate wasn’t working on the day they scheduled us. However we rescheduled and it all worked out. Adrian S did a great job! He is an amazing plumber and prompt and professional. He knows his stuff! Thanks!
