Nates Plumbing

This Company is Unlicensed and they caused alot of damage to my customers home. They do not have a license to pull permits in Colorado springs or are they ICC licensed. They refused to return the $5000.00 for unfinished work as they can not pull a permit lawfully as contracted and refused to pay for the damages they caused my Company. Nate states his company is a DBA with license under manic Drain cleaning. They are not licensed for plumbing at all. The complete repairs that are not up to code. They are not BBB recommended nor State certified as required by law. I Recommend doing your research on this company before hiring them for anything. Hayden is not insured nor bonded or A licensed plumber either as required by law. What little work they did complete has to be redone. When I tried to resolve the damage they caused Nate threatened me with OSHA as he was negelant from the start. This company represented as lawfully licensed Is a fraudulent company. I give this company minus any star rating. I recommend checking their licenses and not to hire them for any work.

I was exceptionally pleased with the work from Nate's Plumbing. This company was recommended by various neighbors within the neighborhood where our rental home is located. We are a military family and because we no longer reside in the Springs, it is important to hire someone trustworthy. I felt at ease after speaking with Nate because he is very knowledgeable in his field of work. He gave us 2 options for the issue at our rental home and ultimately we ended up replacing our water heater. We then learned that our water heater was still under warranty via Home Depot, but we would have to return it in person to Home Depot and exchange it for a new one. Nate went above and beyond by helping us exchange our water heater since we could not do it ourselves, living in Texas. That spoke volumes to us about his dedication to help his customers because by doing so, it saved us a significant amount of money. We understand is isn't the norm to ask a company to do this, and we were very hesitant to even ask but desperate to have the warranty honored. Nate came through for us, exchanged and installed the new water heater AND performed some additional work for us to ensure everything was up to code. This is the type of company we trust and will call for all our future plumbing needs. I would highly recommend Nate's Plumbing for all your plumbing services. I have zero doubts he has gone above and beyond many times before -for his customers! I also recently used Nate’s Plumbing again in Dec. of 2024, to replace a water heater on another rental we own and as expected, Nate’s Plumbing responded quickly and got the job done in one day! I can’t say enough about their professionalism and quality of work! Thanks again!

I had excellent service with Nate's Plumbing. We were able to schedule a visit for estimate quickly and repairs were completed 2 days later. Nate was very professional and Kayden, who did the repairs, was very professional and friendly. I had several issues that needed fixing and they were all competed in one day. Thanks very much!

I am so thankful for how quickly Nate responded to my emergency, he was very professional and compassionate about my plumbing problem, he came out with an hour to assess the plumbing problem, he advised me and put my mind at ease, the problem was fixed the next very next day. Since he had to go and get the parts needed and within 24 hours every was back to normal. Nate mentor might be someone else coming out and I appreciated the advance notice on that, no surprises. Nate’s person was Kayden and he was just as professional and proficient as Nate, he was done with an hour great job! I will definitely recommend your services in the future to all my family and friends. If I ever need a plumber I know who to call Nate at Nate’s Plumbing!

Hey folks. Just wanted to give mad props to Nate's Plumbing! Our dual shut off valve in the kitchen went out overnight and we were in a situation. I messaged Nate late and he responded and gave advice. I called his team this morning and they gave us another contact since we were in an urgent situation. Nate followed up and made sure we were taken care of. And the contact they recommended was awesome and attentive. Call Nate if you have any plumbing needs. He has amazing customer service, very knowledgeable and responsive. Seriously he's awesome.

I am unsure if I can put my entire negative experience in this review so I will try. I will say he and his crew were nice and friendly. During the process of re-plumbing our home and installing a new water heater we found out the price charged for the materiel used was significantly overpriced. Also, we spent 5 days without hot water (during mid November) and 2 days with the water shut off completely. The hot water heater was installed and smelt like burning plastic for days. Nate said it would go away and not to worry. We had another company come out to inspect. Nate used a natural gas adapter on our propane lines. Luckily, it kept shutting off instead of flooding the flame with propane. Upon completion (including the company that came to fix their mess ups) they left the insulation under the house hanging and exposed so I had to put that back up myself. Lastly, this fiasco was over a year ago, and we recently found out that the permit was never closed and processed completely. Nate was instructed by the inspector to come back and replace the insulation which never happened and Nate never said or done anything. I end this review by saying, please, DO NOT hire Nate’s Plumbing.

I wanted to take the time to say what a great job Nate’s plumbing did for us recently. He is a very thorough young man and he has great attention to detail. He cares about his customers and always taking the time to leave tips on the local Nextdoor. He did a sprinkler blowout for us. He scheduled us with short notice and showed up as scheduled. About a year ago he replaced our pressure valves on our home at a great price compared to the other estimates we received. We will definitely be calling Nate again!

I've used Nate's Plumbing for a couple of smaller jobs so far. Both he and his brother have instilled me with enough confidence that I will absolutely contact them for any big projects or issues that come up. Their prices are reasonable, they're both professional and friendly, and to top it off they're communicative. Easy five stars.
