With a cracked boiler in my home and plunging temps, Cobey assessed the damage and offered options. Nick completed the work in record time and his attention to detail gave me a functional and beautiful looking system.

Had a bit of an emergency at 10:00 pm. Temp outside was -7 and my boiler was not working. I was so relieved to have my call answered and handled! Initial receptionist was kind and so reassuring, Donovan made sure my issue would be looked at and then as if on a white horse…Chris F arrived and immediately addressed the issue. Although boiler had finally corrected itself, Chris stayed to provide some extra information so I could understand my system, made sure the house was warming and explained what I could do should the issue happen again. Forever grateful!

Olsons came out and snaked our line last night around 11pm. We were incredibly grateful they were able to squeeze us in and send their on call guy out, as we had reached out to multiple other places who said their only availability was late morning today. The guy worked fast, was very respectful and fixed our sewer backup. Cost was very reasonable and well worth not trying to do ourselves. They were professional, affordable, and there was no trying to sell us on a service we didn’t need, just advice on ways to prevent it from happening again. Thank you!!

We needed a plumber asap because our older water heater developed a leak. Of course, it was a Friday. But we had used Olson for a minor repair previously and thought we’d try again. We are glad that we did. Our technician, Duane, arrived Saturday morning with an apprentice and they removed our leaking heater. They replaced it in no time with another heater and upgraded our older system. They even took time to explain their work to us before they left. There was a modest weekend charge, but we were very glad that Olson provides 24/7 service. We will certainly call them again, and will also request Duane. It was a good experience.

Working with these guys over the last few years has just been the best. They are so prompt and efficient. Also everyone is just so personable I recently talked with Christina H to have someone come out and you could just tell through the phone she was happy and enjoying her job. Plumbing issues are the worst but dealing with Olsen makes it not so bad. Now when something happens I don’t stress, I know who to call.

Main waterline broke at our home in Monument. After new pipe was laid, Olsen plumbing came the same day and hooked up both ends. They were able to get the water running just before a big storm hit. They were exceptional in working with me to keep the cost down. If there were higher star levels, I would give it to them.

I got my cooktop swapped out for a gas one from these guys and they did a great job. From Tyler coming out estimating and being consistent in communications the whole time to Randy coming in and installing my gas pipeline and swapping out the cook top. These guys were amazing and I would recommend them to anyone who needs a gas line installed or anything like that they were professional and nice and all around a pleasure to have in my home.

When a tree fell down during a windstorm on our Buffalo Lodge Bicycle Resort property and caused a gas leak, city officials said we needed a big company to come if we hoped to get it fixed right away and not have to close and relocate 22 guest rooms. Our old friends at Olson came top of mind and the City agreed the right company for the job. Between their son at Pikes Peak Forestry who got the tree cleared right away and OLSON's quick response and work we were able get the gas line fixed by afternoon and everyone was safe and we were able to stay in business. Great company. Awesome owners. Highly recommend.
