Emilio and chewy put in my AC unit on August 30 Emilio was amazing. He explained everything that he was doing. chewy was OK not talkative. Chewy put in a carbon dioxide detector and did not pull out the tab for the alarm Picture shown we asked him what it was and he told us that it was a carbon dioxide detector they ended up putting in my AC unit backwards, an area with my AC unit and my water heater the carbon dioxide from the water heater was getting sucked in by the AC me and my family have been experiencing headaches ever since they put it in. The building inspector came and turned our AC off. It has been off for two days now We have been calling nonstop and they will never call us back. It is 844. They said that they would be here between 5 and 9 PM very inappropriate time to be coming. they are still not here or informed us if they are going to come.

When I called, reception was very friendly and offered a same day appointment and made sure the day and time we scheduled for worked for me. Even when I had a last minute change to house repairs and needed them to come a day later, they were very adaptable and changed my appointment to fit my needs. The plumber Blake who came out was great and was able to help us very quickly! The job done was perfect! I am so happy with their service and will continue to use them for any future plumbing needs.

We want to give One Source a FIVE STAR shout out for the great service and the terrific group of people who work at this awesome company . We trust them and rely on them to provide excellent equipment and to maintain it so it works great all the time. Nathan came last week to do the winter maintenance for our furnace. He called it to our attention the hot water tank that provides us with hot water and heat for our furnace, needed to be replaced. One Source put us on the schedule for the very next day! Noneeto did a fantastic job installing a new one and we appreciate it so much. Thank you guy's for always looking out for us making sure we have a warm house and plenty if hot water! You guys are the BEST!

I had requested service call from One Source and they immediately responded. They had technician out in several hours. He was most helpful and had my furnace up and running. I had not turned it on as wanted to have it serviced first. Glad I called and he came out before all of the snow hit! Highly recommend their service. I completed application for their yearly service plan to be able to have them come back in the Spring before needing the AC to be turned on.

This company appears to make it a practice to charge ridiculously high prices, tell you incorrect information, and never return calls when you have questions to ask after a service. My elderly mother needed to have a hose bib replaced. When the tech showed up and we asked how much do you think it will cost, he stated "we're a premium company so we charge premium prices." Then we showed him what the issue was and he had to "call his boss" for a quote. After the work was done, we asked about a warranty and was told that there was a 1 year workmanship warrantly and parts he "thinks" was 5 years. The he mentioned a membership we purchased after we paid $2,100 for the 2 hour service call. We didn't ask to purchase a membership and was told that they included it "free of charge" then proceeded to give us a list of other services they can provide for "free". When I reviewed the invoice, the warranty was not 1 year or 5 years; it was a 90-day limited warranty. Several calls were placed to ask about the warranty and no calls have been returned. I think this company makes it a practice to gouge elderly people and con them into memberships they never asked for. I would not recommend this company to anyone. BTW, their call center is not even in Colorado Springs.

I want to be fair about this... My experience was disappointing particularly since the service has generally good ratings. In the end, One Source Home Service took appropriate action and refunded the home visit fee. I give them credit for for understanding my concerns and quickly and easily remediating the issue. Trying to be short, I have a 14 year old propane water heater. No leaks, heats water well, no signs of breaking down... but it is 14 years old. Well, the pilot light would not stay lit... Typically a Thermocouple issue and I didn't feel like tearing the heater apart and fixing it myself. The One Source technician walked into the utility room and without even touching the the heater and while ten feet away, told me the thing was dead and needed replacement. Without any diagnosis, he claimed the burner plate was shot based on what he thought were rusty metal bits observed through the burner chamber window. The window was dirty, he couldn't get a picture in focus, and I didn't see any rusty dust. He immediately went into a hard sell attempt to get me to buy a $4500 to $4800 new water heater complete with upgrades to bring the system into code with new requirements passed after the heater was installed. He called his boss who also talked about floods and explosions. I told him I don't make spur of the minute decisions on things that cost so much and that I wanted a second opinion. He refused to replace the thermocouple unit and charged a $119 house visit fee. I went to Home Depot and purchased a $23 thermocouple kit and replaced the thing myself. There was nothing at all wrong with the burner plate... It was clean, intact, with no damage. In my opinion, he saw an old water heater and thought he could get away with a hard sell. Yes, it is old, but it has no issues (I drain and clean it 2x per year as we are on a well). One Source agreed to a refund when I told them I don't pay $119 for a sales pitch. The Tech and all people involved were nice... but they wanted the $4800 sale instead of the $23 repair. If you can't do repairs yourself, always get a second opinion and don't fall for hard sell tactics.

Let's start by pointing out that my husband is military/fire service. Basically lives by "Just do your *** job". This company not only went above and beyond but impressed him. Jamie was sent to the house for a tune up and inspection. She was amazing. Professional and thorough. Unfortunately we had to replace our furnace from damage caused by renters. Fortunately, it the midst of an extremely stressful week we had Troy explain every single detail of what the process would look like and the cost (zero hidden fees). He sent his guys out the same day to replace our unit. They accidentally grabbed the wrong brand and Troy and his guys had zero push back getting the correct unit sent right back to the house. In Troy's words "I would've had it ripped out and replaced it with what I promised". After removing the old unit we realized how nasty the ducts were from the renters and Troy went out of his way to rearrange his team to get them cleaned (spotless). I forget his name but he was wonderful. Explained everything throughout the process. "Ty" and "Sy"( I think that was their nicknames) did the install were just another amazing part of the OneSource team. At one point we noticed a duct that was never installed correctly so my husband was ready to fix it. He bought the parts etc and the guys had already did it!! When we gave him the parts from Home Depot he said you can return them, I already took care if it. These guys were amazing. It's really hard to find contractors as amazing as these guys. You can tell they put extra effort into developing their team into amazing professionals. Not only did they deliver they really went above and beyond. Thanks new friends at One Source!!+

Josh was friendly and go over things as he went by while running all the tests to help me Understand what’s going on. Unfortunately, we do find out that we need some work to be done due to the house is a bit old. Is able to help me out with discounts and finance options to save some money. Happy with the service and will definitely Recommend for friends and family
