Our 15 year old hot water tank sprung a leak on Monday, I called Peak Flow Plumbing mid afternoon and had an appointment scheduled for the next day. Tuesday morning 8am appointment, Adam showed up to inspect the situation and provided a few hot water tank options in pricing with each option explained all the warranties available. After selecting a new tank, Adam and Daniel showed back up at the house about an hour later with the new tank and started the work. Protected our hardwood floors and steps with plenty of cardboard, tarps, and throw rugs. Work was performed very professionally and to our satisfaction. Permit was pulled and now we are just waiting for the inspector to show up. Completely satisfied and will use Peak Flow Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

Immediate response to our water main break, quick location of leak, and quality repair. We’ve used Peak Flow for routine plumbing in the past, and they were our first call for this emergency. Adam from Peak Flow Plumbing came out very quickly (within a few hours of our request) and gave his recommendation for repair vs replacement. He was easy to work with and explained the issue well. It made more sense to go with the replacement as it was much more cost effective for our nearly 20 year old water heater. They were able to beat the other quote I got for the same job by over $300! Adam was able to replace the water heater within only a few hours. I am very thankful for their speedy and affordable solution to our issue!

Late Sunday night our water heater started leaking profusely. Turned the water off and started calling around to plumbers. The first one I called couldn’t get us in until Tuesday. Called Peak Flow Plumbing and the professional on the line had me scheduled for service Monday morning. The technicians arrived at 8:30am, got straight to work, and quickly found the bottom of our tank had rusted out. They provided me with multiple estimates and answered my questions. They replaced my tank only to discover the new tank was defective and they had to replace that one! But they remained professional and actually apologized to me. Even though it was out of their control. Ken and Zeek spent all day fixing our tank and were upbeat and friendly the whole time. When it was time to pay the bill it was easy and efficient, and the company even had financing if need. We 100% recommend this company.

I called because my water heater went out and Michelle was so easy to deal with! She sent a plumber right away, and within a couple of hours, we have water again! Thank you, Peak for being friendly, prompt, and affordable!

We needed a water heater replaced. Peak Flow Plumbing was referred to us by a relative. They gave us a quote the same day we called.
