If I could give them a 0 I would. They were hired by my general contractor. They reset a toilet, it wobbled. The laundry washer hoses leaked, and ruined the baseboard below. They reset the kitchen sink and it leaked, 2 days later they replaced the hose, Fixed, NOT. The same line began leaking below the cabinet which I discovered 2 days later when my basement ceiling started leaking. They came back and the plumber said it was covered under warranty, and the water line was repaired. 2 days later when I inquired about fixing the ceiling the company owner said that it was not there fault and it would not be covered under warranty. Luckily my contractor rectified the situation. If you want sub par work this is the company for you!! And the owner should be ashamed of himself.

Honestly, PPPi. is probably the best plumbing service available in the Springs. They always offer very efficient and reliable services, and have showed up consistently, especially when their services are needed the most. I am always hoping Trevor will be my technician, but their whole staff is quite knowledgeable. Trevor has the skills and haste of a man who has been in this industry for a long time, and his services are always appreciated. Thank you!

The property management company that formerly managed my apartment complex hired this company to repair a major leak in December 2021. The workers had to break through the building's floor in my bedroom closet and in the bedroom closet of an adjoining apartment to get at the leak. They didn't lay anything on the floors throughout my apartment, so they tracked mud and dirt all over the place. They didn't hang anything in the doorways to confine dust to the closet, so everything in my bedroom was covered in a layer of dust. Dust also covered much of my kitchen and living room, and they left mud and urine in my toilet bowl. One of the workers also left a dirty sweater on my bed following the first day of work on the leak but took it with him after the repair was completed. Before the work began, I expected it to be a dirty job based on what I was told needed to done, but I also expected precautions to be taken to minimize the impact to the rest of my apartment.
