David was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He could have easily up-charged me by stating I needed a new sink faucet. But instead he thoroughly troubleshooted the issue and was able to effectively get the faucet working again. Very transparent and honest. Hard to find these days. I highly recommend this company. Tate is our go to plumber for any of our plumbing needs. He has completed many plumbing projects for us from installing a new hot water heater to replacing all the copper piping in the crawl space. He has earned our trust by the great job he has done on these jobs. This last visit he repiped our laundry room so our washing machine drain pipe was up to code and our new washing machine drainage hose would not backup and overflow. He is very thorough and knowledgeable when he is assessing an issue. He is also very patient answering all the questions my husband and I always have. And after looking at the problem he let us know exactly what needed to be repaired. Within 10 minutes, he got us an exact estimate and after our approval, started to repair the problem. Yesterday Tate and David replaced the sewer system plumbing in the crawlspace under our duplex. They were efficient and answered all my questions. I’m no plumber, but I crawled around down there myself to looked at their finished work and it looks like they did a great job! I never could have guessed that I could be excited by looking at PVC pipe, but I especially love what they did to replace the connection of the house plumbing to the city drains, the place where our troubles were first made painfully obvious.
