Came home from a week long trip to find my finished basement destroyed from a frozen copper pipe that burst. I contacted R Buck immediately and they sent Mark within the hour. Within 20 minutes, Mark found the two spots of burst pipe, and replaced it and got my water back on. The damage done to the room is devastating, but the speed at which Mark was able to get water turned on and working normally is one less thing I have to worry about and manage. 10/10 experience. Mark Clark knew immediately what the issue was and repaired our AC pipe in less than 30 minutes. For a whole month we've had overflow of water running and was told by a previous plumber that it's excess water and it's normal. I wish I'd called R Buck Plumbing sooner. Highly recommend them!

Outstanding Service – Professional, Timely, and Kind! We had an issue with our flow drain, and Tristen Medina was absolutely amazing! He arrived on time, was incredibly professional, and quickly diagnosed the problem. Using a snake, he efficiently cleared the blockage and restored everything to perfect working order. Not only was he skilled and knowledgeable, but he was also kind, courteous, and took the time to explain everything to us. It’s rare to find someone so reliable and dedicated to great service. We highly recommend him to anyone in need of a trustworthy plumber!

Ed Berry did a great job providing estimates for replacing our A/C! He was/is extremely courteous and polite! He really listened to us regarding our interests and gave us terrifically complete answers to our questions, as evident from the good estimates he provided us in the end. We were also very pleased with his attention to our existing system when he inspected it to identify the right replacement options for us to consider. We had been without heat all day and Jeff called within after minutes of being dispatched. He was at the house within the hour. He was courteous and knowledgeable. He let us know we need a new furnace and that there was no propane going to the furnace which was the reason for the issue. He even checked the propane tank to be sure. I was very pleased with the service and will definitely recommend R Buck heating in the future.
