He suggested he could remove the toilet and try to unclog it that way, but discouraged it as it would be double the cost and might not successfully unclog it. This level of honesty and transparency was refreshing, especially compared to a previous experience with another plumber five years ago. Camden also explained the cause of the blockage (someone discarding supposedly flushable wipes in the toilet) to help me prevent future issues. I can't recommend their service highly enough! Update - two years since my initial review - i just had a leak from my washing machine tap and received the same exceptional service from these plumbers in Colorado Springs.
