On his first visit, my solar panels obstructed the outlet, so he needed to return once I'd removed them. There was a fee for that initial visit, which was deducted from the repair cost on his second visit, a gesture i hadn't anticipated since it wasn't Camden's fault he couldn't sort it out on his first trip. He suggested he could remove the toilet and try to unclog it that way, but discouraged it as it would be double the cost and might not successfully unclog it. This level of honesty and transparency was refreshing, especially compared to a previous experience with another plumber five years ago. Camden also explained the cause of the blockage (someone discarding supposedly flushable wipes in the toilet) to help me prevent future issues. I can't recommend their service highly enough! Update - two years since my initial review - i just had a leak from my washing machine tap and received the same exceptional service from these plumbers in Colorado Springs. I can't praise them enough - if you're in need of honest, extremely skilled and friendly plumbers who are happy to answer any questions at a very fair price, then this is the plumbing service to choose.
