I hired Yellow Dog to replace six toilets in my home. Three out of six flush levers failed in the first month and one was installed upside down. When I asked them to fix it they claimed the flush levers from Rampart Supply made by Jalco were defective and would not repair my toilets. I was able to fix them myself and found the problem was that they had not tightened one of the lever screws properly. I had used Josh previously and been satisfied overall.

We hired Josh for a few plumbing projects (renovation and new construction) and he was fantastic to work with. His prices were very reasonable and he does good, clean, and neat work. He is very knowledgeable - he has a lot of experience, but is also continually learning about innovations in the field and new and better ways to do things, which is an ideal balance! He was always friendly and respectful. I liked that as the owner, he's the one doing the work and takes pride in doing it well. I will definitely be working with Josh again on future projects!

I’ve completed a couple jobs with YellowDog and look forward to more whenever needed. Josh is great as an owner/operator, staying very busy but working even the small jobs in where possible. He keeps it honest and approachable. From a Tankless water heater install to wastewater clean outs and other small jobs, I’ve always had a good experience and Josh always leaves it better than he found it.

The company installed my unit fine about 3-4 years ago but now the tankless water heater is constantly shutting off. This company will not return my phone calls after months of leaving them. Beware.
