First, they lived up to their name "ASAP" by arriving less than a half hour after I called them (my situation was not an emergency, but they were finishing a job nearby). After diagnosing the issue, Billy suggested that I could probably fix it myself and save some money. Of course they would have fixed it if I wanted them to, but I am pretty handy and really appreciated the suggestion and especially the picture he drew and advice on the parts I needed to buy. I was able to make the repair and save the money! Much appreciated!

Thought I had a clogged drain. Billy came and checked my sink thoroughly and it turned out I only needed to adjust the stopper. He also checked the shower drain. Appreciated the fact that he was honest and knowledgeable. Cost for the service was very fair. Would use ASAP again and would definitely request Billy.

Made an appointment by referral and had to wait six months. I filled out my paperwork that they sent me and took it to my appointment. When I got there the receptionist said that Dr Hubbard wasn’t there and that I must have missed the call that told me that he was out for that week. No. I didn’t miss a call. I never miss calls. So she rescheduled me - for three months later!!! Good thing I decided to cancel my appointment when it rolled around - because when I called to confirm it they said I didn’t have an appointment with him. So- he is losing clients because of his office help. Not sure if he is worth the hassle. But I’ve moved on.

I have been his patient for a couple of years. If all you need is prescriptions filled, he is your guy. I have been having issues with my health for 8 months now. In Jan. 2019 I began having back pain and stomach issues. He ordered 3 tests; A CT scan of my abdomen, an MRI of my lower back, and a nerve conduction test. All tests came back negative. I requested a follow-up focus visit with him, and fortunately I was able to actually see him this time, that is NEVER assured. He had NO idea what my issues were or the results of the tests. It is Aug now and I have seen an neurologist, a gastrologist, as well other specialists and doctors when I couldn't get in to see him because he were not at work or booked far into the future. All of their office notes and prescriptions were sent to his office. I went in to see him yesterday about pain management. Most of the specialist that I have seen CLEARLY stated in their notes that my pain was not being managed and there needed to be an adjustment made until they can figure out what is going on and treat it. When I asked him about it, it was obvious that he had not read any of the office notes or was aware of the treatment and recommendations of the doctors that actually had time to see me because of my pain and stomach issues. This is to include a visit to the ER. He actually walked in and ASKED ME what is going on! When I pointed out an area in my abdomen that is constantly in searing pain, he said, "I don't know what that is" and tried to change the topic. There was much more that can be said about this visit, but in the end he demonstrated his complete incompetency and ineptitude as a primary care physician. I don't know if it is simply a matter of him getting older and his time as a quality physician is past or if he just doesn't care anymore, but the fact is he DO NOT need to be treating patients that are not in perfect health!

First bad experience was the Extremely rude dispatcher named Robert . I scheduled them for Saturday visit on Friday evening . So I called Saturday morning to confirm and ask if they had any update on when the plumber would be coming . Rude passive aggressive response .. okay whatever Second bad experience billy the “master” plumber that has been noted in other negative reviews shows up and is Also rude . And when I reply him the p trap is made out fo concrete , he begins to question me . And I say well I have seen it with my own Eyes. At that point he said we want to refuse service Z so I wasted Kanu whole morning on these guys . Do not use ! Horrible customer service

Billy added a new spigot off of our main line and his work was great. He helped me by suggesting a better place to put the spigot and it turned out great. I would highly recommend and hire again.

Billy is professional and was able to fix a problem not only the next day from when I called but got it done in one day! Our family has had nothing but great service in our businesses and homes with ASAP. Thanks Billy

I called him on Valentine's Day night at 7:00 p.m. And he answered! He couldn't help me because we're on a well system but he was very helpful and offered directions to turn. Thanks for answering the phone and not routing me to a call center (see my review of Brantley & Sons). ASAP will be my first call next time.
