Absolute nuisance on the road. I see drivers are the main complaint, rightfully so. Rehire competent people. Person on the phone laughed. Says it all Good to know never to use Braconier, ever.

Exceptional Service When It Mattered Most As the manager of a large health care facility, I faced a crisis the afternoon before Thanksgiving: a major sewer line backup was flooding our lower-level units. Desperate for help, I called numerous plumbing companies, but everyone was booked for over a week due to the holiday. Then I called Braconier Plumbing & Heating, and everything changed. The dispatcher assured me they would do everything possible to get someone out that day. Shortly after, I received a call from Anthony, one of their technicians, who told me he was on his way and would arrive in 20 minutes. True to his word, he was in the lobby within that time. I showed him the flooded area and explained Iβd have to leave, asking him to call me with the results when the job was done. I also reassured him not to worry about cleanup, as my janitorial staff would handle it later. Anthony confidently told me heβd minimize any disruption and inconvenience for our patients and take care of the situation. Later that evening, Anthony called to inform me that the main sewer line was unclogged and everything was back to normal. When I contacted my janitorial team to begin cleanup, they informed me that Anthony had already taken care of it before leaving. This was truly A+ service. Thank you, Anthony and Braconier Plumbing & Heating, for your professionalism, speed, and dedication during a challenging time.

Iβve used Braconier at multiple properties, itβs hard to find a vendor who is communicative and worth every penny and they definitely exceed expectations. Came out to inspect a plumbing problem. Made the problem worse. Asked me to sign off on the work but never showed me the invoice - I was under the assumption my HOA was covering the visit. Now they're requesting $800+ for work that I had to hire a real company to fix, for less than $800. Lol what a joke. Wouldn't recommend their services or their contractors.

Steve is MFn man, give this dude an award or something. I feel like I can go get my journeyman license after this man dropped some knowledge on me. I have used a bunch of different companies and these guys are straight up the most honest and knowledgeable I have ever come across. Seriously cannot thank you guys enough.

****be aware***** these guys are literally THIEVES. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY and DO NOT DO THE JOB. I'm EXTREMELY upset for choosing this place to fix my AC at my business. long story short, they charge hourly. the time starts as soon as they leave their place. so the labor includes their commute time. BACK AND FORTH. haha, it seems stupid but OK I get it. and the technician was sitting on my chair doing something on his ipad for good 50 minutes. I'm not even exaggerating, it was AT LEAST ONE HOUR he was playing on this ipad. I don't know what the heck he's doing but he's not fixing my AC. maybe he was working on the receipt, that's ONE page long. and the actual time he spent to fix the AC is maybe 15 minutes. all he did was took some gas out of the AC, which is very simple. and we get this bill of $800. as soon as he leaves, the AC is broken AGAIN. within 3 minutes. the AC is NOT WORKING AGAIN. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??????? these guys literally STOLE my $800 for NOTHING. NOTHING. I wanna sue this company for stealing my $800 and overcharging like crazy.

They installed a new furnace. It took seven months to get it working right. A year and a half later the boiler blew radiators drained and no heat, again. A week later they are still waiting for parts.
