They arrived right on time, worked quickly and neatly, and had my plumbing issue resolved in minutes. On top of that, they took the time to explain what had caused the problem and offered helpful recommendations to prevent it from happening again. Scott A. Came out to give us a quote for adding a whole home humidifier to our home and gave us all the information we needed to make an educated decision. When we had questions about our floor drain he answered to the best of his ability (as an HVAC specialist) and referred us to a plumber within their group. There was no pressure to agree to the quote immediately and we are looking forward to working with this company on further jobs while we upgrade our new home.

Jonathan, a plumber with Brothers Plumbing, is a rock star! We had an issue with our humidifier not maintaining water flow into the unit. We had to go through a few recall appointments to get our problem properly identified. After three other attempts Jon arrived and identified that power to the humidifier was dropping and led to inadvertent shut off of water to the unit. He was thorough, professional, and educational. He explained what had happened, offered great tips to maximize our experience, and taught me how the furnace and humidifier work. He spent time to ensure the system was absolutely working. The next day our hygrometer was measuring an increase of humidity by 15 percent. After some initial concerns with Brothers about this issue, I commend them. The company heard my initial frustration and stuck with me to reach a great outcome. I am happy to work with a company that finishes what it starts. You don’t always get that in today’s world. Avery, David, and Stephen did a great job with diagnosing and replacing my furnace. No one wants to deal with getting a new furnace, but these guys made it less painful. I appreciated them answering all my questions and finishing the job quickly and to code. Also shout out to the patient office staff for scheduling a quick turnaround.

Johnny was absolutely stellar! Brothers plumbing has taken care of our HVAC, plumbing, and sprinkler system for years. We had a frozen pipe leak fixed today and the service, quality, and pricing are worth every effort. Thank you brothers plumbing for everything you do!

I am out of state and was trying to have repairs done on my home for sale in Littleton. Brothers was very easy to talk to, and the tech walking through the house seemed to understand what I needed done. But when I got the extremely high quote, it had several things on it that I did not ask for, and was missing several that I requested. After multiple times contacting them, I got various versions of the wrong things in the quote. If I could have drove over to their office and talked in person, I might have been able to get them to understand what I needed. I assume that they would have done good work, but I had to call another company, which easily provided an accurate quote. I gave them 3 stars because their tech was very professional, and their manager friendly to talk with on the phone. Bummer that they couldn't get the quote right.

My furnace inspection went well today, with Kirk’s years of experience. He explained many things about it to me and worked with a trainee at the same time. They were a good team and I felt that they were very thorough. I am confident that my system is working as expected and that I won’t have any problems in the near future.

My family have been long time customers of Brothers Plumbing. All of the employees have been grate but I have to say that Joe R was the best technician I have ever worked with. He made my day which started out pretty awful when I found that my hot water heater was leaking. He was kind, friendly, professional and efficient. I will ask for Joe again as I will be needing more work done.
