After being stood up by a previous plumbing service, I reached out to Brown Brothers about a shower leakage. james popped over to assess the problem and today, he managed to seal off the water pipes to enable the removal of the shower insert. Once that task is completed, he will be back to identify the origin of the leak and mend it. He will also fit new fixtures once a new shower insert is installed by the contractor. james is courteous, easy to converse with, and happy to accommodate my contractor's timetable. Without a doubt, he is making a highly stressful situation much more bearable!
