Thankfully, I found someone who came through and installed the same system for a much better price. Anthony and his team started in the evening and worked until late to get my water heater up and running since I was without hot water. I truly appreciated their dedication. They did an excellent job with the installation and took the time to answer all my questions. I would definitely recommend their services!

we absolutely endorse Charles Brothers Plumbing! we were having a hard time with an ancient gas line in our 1910 residence that was hindering our new range from fitting snugly into the inset alcove. Other plumbers just scratched their heads and took our home visit fee without offering a solution, or simply never got back to us. From my initial call to Charles Brothers Plumbing, I felt there was hope. They're a 'let's solve this problem' kind of company. Today, they completed the task and it's just what we needed. Presto! we've got more space and the stove now fits perfectly against the back wall, all in accordance with the plumbing code. Last week, Wyatt skillfully and quickly installed a new shower head and faucet, after consulting with me and ordering the exact set we wanted. Geoffrey and Anthony were very professional and courteous too. we wouldn't consider using anyone else in the future!

Our loos were overflowing into our bath/showers (really gross) & we rang for help late Saturday afternoon. They were able to dispatch Earl first thing Sunday morning. Wasn't certain if they serviced our area but was connected to the right branch. Earl was the pro who arrived and he was fantastic. Full marks for Earl too! He clarified everything he was doing, even let me see the pictures on the high-tech device that displayed the view of the camera attached to the hose he was sending down the septic pipes. earl was super professional and friendly. He suggested we get a septic pipe cleanse from a septic firm & switch our toilet paper to a 2 ply that dissolves better and isn't as 'luxurious' and thick. I could clearly understand what he was referring to as he showed me the pictures of heaps of toilet paper clogging the pipe. Payment was super simple with a swipe of my card, emailed receipt and earl mentioned i will get a follow up email with the overall diagnostic & recommendations. From the initial call through to payment, the services were top-notch. We truly value the outstanding service.

Jamie from Charles Brothers Plumbing did a fantastic job! He was able to swing by and successfully finish the project, leaving us completely satisfied! We had a different plumber handle the task before, but he didn't exhibit the same level of attention to detail. We won't be needing his services again. We'll definitely recommend Jamie to our friends and we won't hesitate to give him a call for any future plumbing issues in Denver!

ross from charles brothers plumbing is truly the best plumber you'll ever come across. as a third-generation plumber, his knowledge is vast and his pricing reasonable, even in urgent situations. we found ourselves with a flooded garage due to a leaking water heater tank and reached out to ross early in the morning. he was flexible enough to adjust his plans and ensured our hot water was restored by the afternoon. his workmanship is both tidy and efficient. we've entrusted ross with two significant tasks: replacing a boiler and installing piping for a hydronic radiant floor heating system; and switching out the leaky water heater tank for a tankless system. in both instances, his work was exceptional. we wouldn't dream of using any other plumber.

So impressed with this plumbing service! We discovered our ancient water heater was sitting in a small puddle of water and a friend suggested I reach out to a local plumbing service. It appears that when these tanks start to leak a little, a bigger leak is not far behind. The lovely lady I talked to, Jamie, took down all my details and had a plumber, Collin, at our house in no time to drain the tank. Collin, also a very friendly and proficient tradesman, came back the next day, removed the broken tank, mopped up the leftover water, and set up a new water heater for us, all in just over an hour. I can't express enough how this plumbing service 'saved the day' for us and the excellent service they offered.
