Oleksandr did an awesome job! He was quick, efficient, and did quality work. He ensured my new hot water heater was working correctly and no leaks anywhere, and was very clear and thorough with the warranties and end pricing.

The installer and his quality of work are outstanding (5 stars for Mr. Miras) Although the scheduling aspect of this project was kind of rough (1 star for the back office), but we got through it in the end. Thanks.

Oleg did an outstanding job replacing a toilet in our downstairs bathroom. He arrived a half hour early and completed the job in under an hour. He was personable, and even gave us advice on a future water heater replacement. Oleg was very knowledgeable, and efficient paid attention to detail, and left the area spotless, and hauled away the old toilet and packing materials. Delta all of our expectations and is now our go-to plumbing installer. The best part was their price beat all other bids.

Current hot water tank was pushing 11 years of age so rather then wait for a disaster I decided to get ahead of it. Went to Home Depot asked some questions, they processed the request and while still in conversation with the HD associate Delta called, wow quick. Gave them my current hot water tank specifics, provided my wants and they scheduled an install date. Install day - I meet Oleg he goes over some standard details what to expect etc. asks if I have any questions before he starts. I discuss some of the items I had concerns with on my current tank and he assures me he'll make it better when he gets to that stage. He proceeds with getting tools and right to work. A few hours later, done. Exceptional!!! Oleg was fantastic, meticulous, thorough, attention to detail and quality, everything you would expect and more. I could go on all day about Oleg and how he goes about his work. All of the concerns from my old install were eliminated and definitely made better as he promised. It also says a lot about him and his work when the county inspector looks at the install and knows who did the work. The inspector turned to me and asked "Did Oleg do the install?" I chuckle and respond "yep, Oleg did the install, he does great work!" The inspector nods, "yes he does." I hope as an organization that you take the time to share these reviews with your employees, good and bad. The hope is you all have a chance to celebrate these great accomplishments but also a time to reflect on where you may have stumbled and determine how to correct that and be better tomorrow and everyday forward. I also hope you can send my thanks to Oleg and make sure he knows how much I appreciated his personality, work ethic, and how he represents himself and the company. Great process. Called one day came the next day and installed my water heater. Professional installer. Very fast and knowledgeable. Also explained everything. Price was great too. Would 100% recommend.

Needed our water heater replaced. Received a quote of the phone-office staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Scheduled us for same day. Tech was in our service window. The tech was clean and efficient. And the pricing was GREAT! Very happy with the service!

Got up recently and no hot water. Worse the basement was flooded in laundry room and next room. Object lesson, if you think it’s going to fail sometime do it now. Went online on Home Depot and they hooked me up with Delta Mechanical. Same day service for Rheem 40 gal tank w 9 year warranty. Like the brand. Tech was superb and thorough. High quality install with couple inexpensive add ons to get me to code. I’ll use ‘em again directly. Big company who trains their own techs.
