Josh worked on a few projects recently for me. He explained the process thoroughly and did amazing work for each visit. I've been a customer for years and will continue to rely on their help. Update 1/17/25 Just had an issue with my furnace, Jerry was my technician for the second time in recent months. Very thoroughly explained what was going on and gave insight into making a proper decision. Once again very pleased with the overall services offered and the technicians they staff.

Our plumber, Josh, was very experienced and knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing and why, and explored our available options. Denver Plumber, aka Sunshine Home Services, have always done an excellent job for us, and specially Josh. Highly reccomended!

This company does the right things well. I had an HVAC emergency early in the morning in the winter; main blower motor failed. I left a message with their AI assistant before they opened. The AI assistant was surprisingly effective. I promptly received a call at 8am, from a person, to schedule an appointment. HVAC tech Jerry Martinez arrived by 8:40am. He was knowledgeable, straight-forward, and friendly. My problem required a big fix, but Jerry took care of it and we had heat in our house by 1pm the same day. A good experience in a stressful situation.

Today Denver Plumber and HVAC came by our home to evaluate the laundry room for adding a dog wash to our set up. The team was professional, insightful, and knowledgable about what it would take to accommodate a dog wash for my 90 lb doodle. I look forward to working with them.

Let me start by saying, absolutely do not pay this company any money in advance. The short version is this company will do low quality work for you, and appears on the verge of going broke if they can't afford to send me a $1100 check without being hounded repeatedly and concerned they're about to get sued. The full history: I first hired this company 8 years ago to replace our AC/Furnace/Water heaters. They botched the job badly, insisting a 3 ton AC was sufficient, when a 5 barely did the job. However, they made it right (at no cost to me), so I gave them a pass and didn't post a review. Fast forward a couple years later, I have them out to potentially put in a better humidifier because ours wasn't working very well. Low and behold, they discovered the one I paid them for was never hooked up properly and was doing nothing. Again, they made it "right" by giving us a few years of their premium service. Again I let it pass. This summer our AC went out, against my better judgement I called these folks again since they installed it and it was under warranty. This was a mistake. While they repaired the failed motor we found 8 years ago it was installed without a service disconnect. Then the replacement of the motor under warranty resulted in the following installation issues: (1) Service tech did not have the proper tools to remove the pulley, so I was charged for a new one, (2) Service tech failed to properly ground the new motor, did not even have wire nuts for the spices, so he just wrapped tape around the wires, (3) Service tech broke the fuse and did not have a replacement, so he bypassed the fuse and hooked up the new motor without any fuse protection. When I asked the company to come and address the issue from 8 years ago, and the damage from the service tech they refused and insisted they'd charge me, so we repaired it ourselves. Beyond the quality issues, they also charged me for the under warranty part and told me they would refund me in 4-6 weeks after Lennox paid out the warranty. We contacted Lennox shortly after, and were informed this is non-standard procedure, and they should have paid and got reimbursed themselves. Our theory was they probably didn't have the money to shell out, and it turns out that was correct. I regularly contacted the company for updates, and after 4-5 weeks they confirmed the claim was approved and told me they'd mail me a check. Two weeks later, no check. I call and they say they'll send it. A week later, still no check. I start leaving more messages, no response until I leave a message asking if they're scamming me. Finally the owner calls me, tells me it'll go out in the mail tomorrow. Over a week and a half later, still no check, and they stop returning my calls. At this point my father calls them and tells them he "represents me". They think he's a lawyer and say they mailed the check and can't be held responsible for the mail. This was a lie, the check did finally come, but it was postmarked a week after the owner told me he had mailed it. In summation, very poor quality work by a company that's on its last legs likely due to having built such a bad reputation.

Jerry was great! Such a nice and smart young man. He found the gas valve issue with my new furnace. He also addressed my air conditioner noise, and I will see how it does next summer. I give him 10 stars!

William and Erik replaced the 1970s era boiler in my home with a high efficiency combo boiler + hot water unit. I had been slowly doing research over the past year (because I knew this day would come), so I already had an idea of what type of solution I was interested in. I don't think I could say enough good things about William and Erik (and the rest of the team I interacted with). Very professional all around. They easily tick all of the standard service boxes — knowledgeable, courteous, professional, etc. They answered all of my questions thoroughly and gave me confidence in the project. But those, to me, are all the typical 5 star review requirements. The thing that really set William apart and exceeded my expectations is his attention to detail and obvious passion for the craft of his job. The end result is nothing short of a piece of art. A highly technical and very functional piece of art. *Everything* is labeled, components have their own electrical boxes, all wires are neatly zip-tied, etc. I mean—they built their own wall to mount everything to! The level of care is incredible.
