Kolton repaired an electrical issue at my home yesterday. He was very professional, courteous and thorough. He clearly communicated my repair options, cost and his recommendations. I appreciated that he explained when to call and follow up if I begin to experience several specific additional issues. I have used Doctor Fix-It multiple times over the years and have been very pleased with their work and service. Thank you!

Allen was the best. Didn’t try to oversell and provided very good practical information. Thanks. But please Dr. Fix it tighten up your communication- two texts and two emails just to me is overkill. We also got multiple texts and emails to change our appointment so we had to call and reschedule then only to have the tech show up on the original date anyway. Technology should be used to make your customers lives easier.

These guys seriously saved my life on a cold day in Denver, when my heat went out. I was able to get an appointment right away. Allen and Bryan arrived promptly and basically knew the problem just from my description. They spent some time figuring it all out exactly and making a plan on what to do. As it turns out, I needed my furnace replaced. 🤦🏽‍♀️ They hooked me up with some financing and were able to get the replacement scheduled for the same day. Which I was very appreciative of. 🥶 So, Vinnie and Julian arrived that afternoon and efficiently switched out the furnace and all the other stuff that I have no idea about, 5 inch pipes and whatnot! 😂 They were knowledgeable about everything and explained everything to me/answered my questions without being condescending. Everyone I interacted with was great, down-to-Earth and friendly. Julian also informed me of another issue that he wasn’t even there for! Old houses are a gift and a curse! 🫠 The service was great, the work was efficient and high-quality. I would definitely use them again in the future. Also, tomorrow is International Women’s Day, and I’m pretty sure a woman owns and operates the company, 💪🏾 so that’s pretty bad ass.

Jamie handled my call and got me on the schedule for Electrical Service next day! Very professional and also helped me with timing on Service call. Will did a great job troubleshooting my pendant issue and got it up and working right away! Greatly appreciated the help.

Will Giltner exceeded our expectations! He was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable from the initial assessment to the installation of our outlets. He took the time to thoroughly explain each step of the process and was completely transparent about all costs involved. We’ll absolutely be reaching out to him for all our future electrical needs!

Enrique did a fine job. He had to move some stuff to get to the furnace which was very helpful. Did a excellent job and was very through. He definitely knew what he was doing. I feel good knowing that the furnace was inspected and all is good. Jamie did a great job getting two techs here in a two hour window. Good job guys and thanks Mike

The technician that came out was great. The only downside, and it wasn't his fault, was the price quote. For a simple double sink and faucet install ( I had already bought everything needed ) I was quoted a price of $3,300!!! I couldn't believe it, to switch out a couple Jack and Jill sinks and faucets?? The estimate said it would take approximately 2-3 hours to finish. What is that, $1,500 and hour for labor??. I called a guy I know that's a plumber and he came out and did the job for $400. It wasn't the technicians fault it was so expensive, it was the ridiculous pricing scheme that Dr. Fix-It charges.
