Anthony and Riley were great. They were knowledgeable and efficient. They explained things when I had questions. They were down-to-earth and gave options to help make an informed decision on what work to have done, in order to make my house safe, while not spending a crazy amount of money. The whole process was incredibly easy, from the self-booking of the appointment on their website, to the appointment confirming text messages, to the visit and then ultimately, the payment. It was all paperless and streamlined. I will use Golden West again in the future!

We recently had to replace our main line drain in our basement. Lou was very knowledgeable and explained the problem and our options with a no-pressure approach. He was able to work with us on getting work scheduled quickly and the crew that came out(Alex, Felix, Mario, Wilmer, and Yovani) were all extremely professional, friendly, and completed the work quickly so we could get back to normal with as little disruption as possible. The great service we received is only one of the many reasons we continue to use Golden West for our plumbing needs!

Jimmy was knowledgable, professional, and did an excellent job servicing our tankless water heater. He took time to explain the nuances of the heater and gave us maintenance tips. Golden West as-a-whole was communicative and competitively priced. We'll definitely be using them again!

I discovered a leak in my crawlspace over the weekend. Alec was dispatched and arrived promptly. He was polite and courteous, and respectful of my home and my time. He explained the work that needed to be done in a professional manner and he repaired the pipe. I definitely recommend Golden West Plumbing. Great service from start to finish. Called in and seen same day with updates along the way. Tech Jimmy came out to assess our furnace. Very respectful, nice, honest and thoroughly explained everything. I very much appreciate the options and being told what issues I may face but never feeling pressured to do them right here and now. I'd highly recommend and will call them again in the future when needed. Thank you!

Good response time. The technician was good at explaining the issue, diagnosing it and the repair was efficient. Not the cheapest option by any means but did not try to upsell me. The technician did tell me that the drain in my bathroom did not work when he bled my boiler, little did I realize after paying more than the other quote I got, that he left my bathroom flooded and filthy. Also put some dirty water in my toilet which I did not discover until the next day. A bit disappointed in the mess that was left considering the premium that this company charged. The picture below is how my bathroom was left.

Josh and his trainee were on time and professional gave me an accurate quote , little prizey six hundred and twenty Dollars to change out 6 inches of pipe. I cut out the wall but they got the job done.

We had an issue where our evaporative cooler was leaking into our attic due to improper installation from the previous homeowners. This was in early July and right before a major heatwave and this needed to be addressed pretty quickly. We worked with Joseph V. and couldn’t be happier with the result. We obviously needed a new evaporative cooler but also wanted to add additional ventilation into our bedrooms as it was something we wanted to add since we bought the house. He gave the bids we asked for and provided a solid basis for his recommendation on what he thought would be a good choice. He, and his colleague, Manny was up in our cramped attic which reached over 120° to install the new ventilation. We also had damage around where the cooler was that needed to be addressed by a roofer. He had a great referral there and you can’t even tell where the work was done. They then spent an entire day in the heat installing the new cooler and it looks amazing and cools the house really well. We’ve used Golden West in the past for our boiler heating system, and we will continue to use them because they are honest and transparent, explain the issues thoroughly, and are always willing to answer questions. This was a big job and they did it flawlessly, showed up when they said they would, and completed work as they said they would. The other quote we got almost guaranteed a “change order,” but Golden West came in at the bid amount and the experience made a stressful situation way less stressful, which I appreciate. They even referred us to a restoration company to ensure there was no mold or other structural damage that needed to be address (which thankfully they stated there wasn’t). It’s not always the cheapest bid, but well worth every penny because of the work they do. Thank you as always!
