High 5 was so great! It was easy to set up an appointment for my sudden pipe backup, and they were great communicators. David and Morgan were extremely friendly and professional (also, my dog loved them, and she's a very good judge of character!). They laid out my options clearly, explained every part of the process, and weren't at all pushy or trying to upsell me on anything. Morgan went above and beyond to get everything ready for the work that had to be done the next morning. I definitely recommend them!

Michael Ehlen was our plumbing technician yesterday. We have a home that is over 120 years old, and Michael was here to do a general plumbing inspection, to flush our tankless water heater, and to help diagnose and fix a persistent issue we’ve had since we bought the house last year. Michael was very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He communicates well, and is very conscientious. The inspection went well, as did the flushing of the water heater. Due to the age of our home, and to recent modifications made by previous owners, fixing the persistent issue (not a major issue - just an annoyance), resolving the problem is not easy. Michael devised a plan of action, which is working so far. He also proposed Plan B if the issue does reappear. I appreciated his creativity and problem solving. Michael was great to work with - it was an excellent experience working with him.

Justin Covington came out to our house today and fixed multiple things that needed to be addressed. Not only was he professional, but he was very knowledgeable and honest with my husband and I on the work that needed to be performed. High 5 has always been a great plumbing company with amazing technicians, and now that they specialize in two more trades (HVAC and Electrical), we will definitely be contacting them for other assistance. As a returning customer, I would HIGHLY recommend you join their loyalty program. It is definitely worth every penny. Thank you again Justin!!

He clearly communicated our options for repair or replacement of the water heater and worked hard to make sure our problem was solved quickly. We would like to thank High 5 Plumbing for their recent help with our boiler replacement. Bucky was super helpful and communicated with us often on the progress of the installation. He helped us out numerous times when we needed troubleshooting and general questions regarding our boiler install. In addition, he provided additional insight and knowledge on other issues we had ongoing in our residence. We corrected his recommended issues, and our house and plumbing are in a significantly better state than it was prior.
