Fast and professional service! When we shutoff our sprinklers system this fall we noticed water coming up from the in-ground shut off. Ian came out to see what was happening and determined it was likely a problem with the stop and waste valve. They were able to schedule the repair quickly and the cost was reasonable. The repair was done quickly and left the landscaping looking good.

David, came saw the incredibly terrible mess I’d woke up to . Not only was he professional, but had an easy going and positive attitude to what could have been much worse of a situation for me! But, rather than having worse news happen he effortlessly effectively cleaned and cleared the issue up made it look like there wasn’t an issue to begin with ! On white cabinets and a light flooring surfaces it can be impossible to have this type of cleaning done without leaving a mess somewhere! But David did more than his due diligence even taking his trash out with him!!! Great company great customer service will use them again if I need them! 😊😊🐾🐾

After getting on Thumb Tac I found Hyper Flow that was very professional and courteous. They were very patient with my inquiry. I was very impressed with the level of customer service the company gives to their customers. Most of all I was not pressured into anything. I was lead by the plumber of the repair and after he provided the estimate he also enclosed photos of the problem before and after. We had our water heater go out on a Tuesday evening. On Wednesday I called Hyper Flow after a recommendation from a friend. They made time to come out that day (Wed) to assess and then were back first thing Thursday to do the replacement. Despite some hold ups with our home warranty company, Hyper Flow was patient and accommodating and ultimately had the job completed within 30hrs of our first phone call. The on-site contractor was friendly, helpful and continued to check in after the job was done to ensure everything was operational. 5/5, would recommend.

From start to finish Ian and Kyle were so great with communication and explained everything from the start. Timing was exactly spot on and I’ve never worked with such good plumbers. They even helped recommend a different restoration company who I am also now working with. Also a great company. Very impressed all around.

Garrett from Hyper Flow came over to address a noise our toilet was making when flushing. He explained the issue and how to prevent it from happening in the future. He also checked for any leaks to be safe. Fixed the issue for us. Also helped fix a noise our hot water heater was making for our hot water filter system under our sink. Super kind and educational. I asked him how much it would be and he didn’t charge us. I think the best part was he showed up when he said he would. I think he was in and out in less than 15 minutes too. Would highly recommend.
