I had a great experience with King Family Plumbing & HVAC when they came to our home to replace some old, moldy pipes. Their team was punctual, polite, and very professional. It's wonderful to have a dependable plumber nearby. Although our service was a little while ago, I think they truly deserve a positive review. Jeff did an amazing job! He replaced our kitchen sink in just one day. He was courteous and completed the work on time. Overall, we are very pleased with his efforts, and we appreciate their service and pricing. It’s refreshing to find such reliable and professional plumbing services. If we ever need assistance again, we wouldn't think twice about reaching out. Highly recommend!

I contacted a plumbing service when we experienced a sewer backup in our crawl space. They arrived on the first business day, even in the freezing cold, to tackle the issue. Jeff was punctual, very clear in his communication, and thoroughly explained our options, costs, and what to expect. They began the work that same day and completed everything by the next day, leaving the area clean. We couldn't be happier! They used hydro-jetting to clear our century-old sewer line, which was blocked by roots, and they provided a video showing the condition before and after the cleaning. The pricing was fair. We are really grateful for their prompt response, honesty, and professionalism! I would definitely recommend them and use their services again!

I first encountered King Family Plumbing & HVAC when my home warranty company sent them out for a broken pipe inside my wall. They arrived quickly, identified the problem, and efficiently worked with the warranty company to not only fix it but also upgrade the issue to code since the burst was due to poor workmanship from a previous homeowner. Recently, my dog accidentally knocked a spigot off the wall, causing a pipe to break and water to spray in the backyard (once again, due to that same subpar work from before). To my surprise, my current warranty company didn’t have emergency lines open due to the pandemic; the only way to reach them was through an online form, which could take who knows how long to get a response! I called a local plumber and found out they couldn’t come until next week. With the water shut off to prevent flooding and my daughter’s graduation the next day, I was worried. Then I remembered King Family Plumbing & HVAC and gave them a call. Within a couple of hours, Jeff arrived and was able to cap off the break, allowing us to restore water to the house temporarily. The next day, he returned with the necessary materials, relocated the spigot to a safer spot, and installed it using sturdier copper and brass instead of the damaged PVC. I truly appreciate the help from King Family Plumbing & HVAC. They have come through for me in tough situations, are very professional, and really know their stuff, delivering top-notch work. They are definitely my go-to plumbers from now on, and I highly recommend them.

A huge shout out to the team at King Family Plumbing & HVAC! With my busy schedule, I appreciate being able to arrange a quote/appointment over the phone. Unlike other plumbers who insisted on visiting in person, all I had to do with King Family Plumbing & HVAC was send a picture and answer a few questions. I needed someone to repair a diverter for a three-handle shower since the water wasn't flowing correctly. The plumber, Norman, was very relaxed and down-to-earth, which was a blessing amidst the chaos at my Denver home (dogs, cats, people constantly coming and going). I had forgotten to inform my upstairs neighbors about the necessary water shut-off, but Norman kindly offered to handle it for me. However, it turned out to be a non-issue as he completed the job in just over an hour. My shower is now functioning perfectly! Even the bathtub drain, which had been draining slowly, seems to be working better. I'm not sure why (a different company quoted me 400 for the drain!), but I certainly won't complain. I'm truly grateful to Norman and the team for their help and for getting the job done so efficiently. I look forward to engaging their services again in the future.

I have a two-story house with 1 and 1/2 bathrooms and a basement, built in 1953. Recently, a plumber from King Family Plumbing & HVAC replaced the old iron and brass drain and tub overflow with a new PVC setup in the full bathroom on the second floor as part of a renovation. It took a lot of time and hard work, including pounding and cutting, but he successfully completed the job. A few days later, my wife went down to the basement to do laundry and noticed water on the floor. Initially, she thought it was due to the tropical storm that had passed through, but it turned out the main iron drain stack in the basement had developed a 30-inch crack. This was the cause of the water issue. I wondered if the work on the second floor could have caused this, or if it was just an unfortunate coincidence, as the plumber suggested. I decided to give Ray, the plumber, a call for some advice. I left a message, and he got back to me quickly. Ray reassured me that it was unlikely the plumber caused the crack since he was working on a branch line two floors up, and the drain stack is a 70-year-old rusty iron pipe. I really appreciated Ray's help in giving me peace of mind about the situation. If you're in need of plumbing services, Ray is definitely the one to call!

i really enjoy doing things on my own and made a decision to switch out my bathtub drains in both of my restrooms. The initial drain was a breeze, but the second, well, it was a bit of a challenge. malik and norman from the only plumbing service i reached out to, were the only ones to call back. They came by promptly and managed to fix the issue. Not only did they solve my problem, but the cost was also half what i had anticipated. i can't recommend these plumbers enough. They will definitely be my go-to for the big tasks that are beyond my capability and for my diy mishaps. The level of customer care and professionalism they showed was truly outstanding.

let me start by saying: king family plumbing & hvac didn't request my feedback. i know a lot of companies tend to push their clients to drop a five-star review. it makes sense, as that's what attracts more customers. but i'm writing this review because the team at king family plumbing & hvac are genuine, 100% reliable and they always get the job done right. they've never tried to upsell me on things i didn't need and they've been my first choice for plumbing issues, especially for those unexpected leaks that occur when you own a house that was built back in the 60s. i just felt the need to give them a shout out in a five-star review. if you're someone in need of plumbing services, i hope you choose these honest and professional guys. you won't be let down. :)

got a note from the city about a plumbing leak. rang up a company around 4pm on a friday and booked a slot for 3-5pm the next day. norman (plumber) turned up at 3pm, figured out and fixed the issue in 15 minutes. my time with this company was top-notch, from the smooth appointment setting to norman, a really pleasant guy, who was punctual and tackled the problem effectively and without costing an arm and a leg. i reckon this company deserves five stars and i'd suggest them for your plumber service needs.
