Isaac was personable, articulate, and kind, which I greatly appreciated. However, my overall experience fell short of expectations. The initial quote I received was approximately 40% higher than a competitor's. My first appointment was unexpectedly canceled because they didn't have a technician available for my scheduled Saturday service. While they did offer to price match, I personally value transparent, honest pricing from the beginning. Based on the strong reviews (4.8 stars), I anticipated a smoother experience, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case for me.

Gage took care of our water heater replacement and did a great job. Not only was he efficient, but he also communicated what we needed very well. He clearly takes pride in his work and got our water heater installed and looking better than ever. I highly recommend using this company if you need plumbing help, and hopefully you can get Gage to help you because he does very quality work!

Amazing company that handles absolutely anything and everything the headaches of being a homeowner can bring. Very competitively priced having shopped other companies, and very thorough and courteous from the first phone call to the goodbye when the technicians finish. Highly recommend to anyone! Big shout out to the technician Adam that came out and got our furnace heating again as well!

An amazing experience with Mighty Plumbing. After sourcing 8+ estimates from companies in the area, it was clear that this company was the right one to choose. They didnāt just give me a quote, they explained every step of the way and what needed to happen. They were absolute professionals who establish trust with their customers. Iām so pleased to have finally found a reliable company that I can trust. Glad I wonāt have to look around for the right company next time- Iāve found a great one! Landon, Chris and the whole team were so great to work with.

TL;DR: great first impression and detailed quote. Horrible execution. Just all around rude, unprofessional, sloppy workmanship, and poor communication. Gave them plenty of chances to make it right and was disappointed over and over. I had this vendor out add a return vent and add an exhaust vent for my microwave. I was upsold to put a boot on the return vent and move the water heater to bring it up to code. They were also supposed to tune up my system. Adding the boot went smooth, but everything else went horribly wrong The team made well over 10 trips after day one to my house, some of which were at off hours. They never arrived on time and would consistently be an hour plus late. The workers were disgruntled and complained how terrible the company was work for. The issues started with the hood vent. They drilled a hole through the kitchen into my bathroom ceiling. They gave me a credit, not a huge deal, but the problems start compounding here. They didnāt reinstall the microwave properly, and they stripped the screws and left it unlevel. They fixed it but again, another hassle when Iām spending top dollar. I later discovered the workers did a horrible job putting in the vent on the roof and I now have been completely ghosted by the company. I gave them a week plus to rectify before posting this. I now have to spend another 750+ dollars to have my roofer fix their calamity When they reinstalled the water heater, they did not attach the condensation line properly, so I had a nice puddle of water in my basement. They fixed it, but another hassle and trip out At this point they havenāt even finished installing the return vent and I get a final payment due notice, and it took them another week plus to get out and finish the job. Even so I had to build a bit of the framing where the vent would go. It was cold a week ago. My furnace went out. They sent a tech out and he basically tried to sell me a new furnace. I declined and him clean the flame sensor (which cost me 200+ dollars). I find out that the original techs didnāt even clean/tune the furnace when they were here originally. I donāt recommend anyone use mighty plumbing

Brandon was great. He was nice, courteous, and knowledgeable about plumbing. He talked me through my problem and offered multiple solutions, each at different cost levels. I had not heard about Mighty PH but because of their high customer ratings, I took a chance. The reviews are legit. They offer a slick online scheduling system that considers the customerās experience, which I appreciate. It was intuitive and they were responsive. Bravo!

Great same day service! Gage was our tech, very friendly, respectful and knowledgeable! All around good vibes and amazing work! He took out our old water heater and put in a brand new one, He literally saved the day! Very grateful and thankful!

This is by far the most frustrating contract experience I've encountered. The electrician ran late by 3-hours, which is understandable in this line of work, but there was no communication UNTIL I reached out well after the start time we had discussed. They then arrived and quoted me over $700 to install a front porch light. Keep in mind I already paid for a porch light and had it ready to go - this is a two bolt job that takes ten minutes. I wanted to go with Mighty for the peace of mind of professional installation, but I cannot work with a company that is willing to price quote so unethically and take advantage of their clientele. I do want to stress that the electrician was polite and nice - I think the problem is with the management and the business operations side. Regardless, I am taking my business elsewhere.
