Mr. Plumber

Jeff at Mr. Plumber is simply the best!!! If you are at all interested in good customer service - USE JEFF! He is VERY fair in his pricing and EXCEPTIONAL in his work, communication and professionalism. We have used Jeff multiple times over the years and every time we are sooooo happy and feel blessed to have found someone in today's world we can depend on and TRUST!! Jeff - thank you for being a genuinely good guy in a world that doesn't seem to appreciate it....we DO!!!!

Jeff has been quick to resolve my plumbing issues, several times now. He and his assistant are courteous, clean and trustworthy. They have done work while I am away from home and everything was left neat as a pin! Mr. Plumber gets my recommendation and five stars!!

I just had Jeff replace some pipes under my kitchen sink. The hose had been leaking for a while it seems unknown to me. It had gone on long enough to get a serious bit of rust. I was concerned it was going to rupture even if I just looked at it too long. He took care of it no problem, and I had him remove my old faucet and install a new one I had purchased. He did a fantastic job, was clean and tidied up everything when he was done. His price was more than fair. I highly recommend this gentleman. He is in my phone contacts now for any future issues and to pass along if I'm asked for a plumber.

Excellent experience. Jeff is very easy to talk with and work with, which can be surprisingly rare in this industry. Exceptionally nice gentleman. Came in and did the work while we were out of town and did a great job. Charged about 1/3 of what other plumbers quoted. We will 100% for sure work with him in the future.

I'm revising my review, with sincere apologies to Jeff Butler & his family. I'm so sorry about their loss. My impatient, selfish complaint about waiting for a follow up to our initial call meant only that I didn't get what I'd been told. Incredibly, he had the grace to send an update that went far beyond civil in response to another text from me. I'm sure all the neighbors recommending his work, who praised both his skill & his manner, if anything understated his courtesy & professionalism. I should be so lucky as to find a plumber of his character and caliber. You CAN be that lucky. I heartily recommend that you give him a call when you need plumbing help.
