I called late in the afternoon and was delightfully surprised that they were still open. The people on the other end of the line were very nice and helped set the wheels in motion for a technician to come by early the next day. I was told the tech would be there before 10:00 a.m. The technician who came to my house was very friendly and worked steadily to get our heating system operational. I was also given service estimates for anything in the future that we might need.
