Billy came out and did good work. Got the heat back on in about an hour or so, in a pretty tight space. Company loaned me a pair of space heaters while we were waiting for the part on backorder, so I wasn't sitting in the cold. Friendly and professional.

6 departments involved in the work. No supervisor showed up to check the work of 4 of the departments. When Customer Service was called the lady knew none of the people involved because the company is so large. Electrical and painting was not completed. We vacuumed after the work was done to clean. After spending approximately $11,000, we thought someone would at least do a final inspection to see if everything was done correctly. Very disappointed in company policies. Every worker who was at our house was very nice and considerate. Our complaint is about the administration. There was no one to oversee the job.

Hired the guys to do a sewer line replacement in my basement which was under concrete. Team made quick work on the project and did a great job. Would definitely hire them again in the future for any plumbing project I may have.

***Poor communication, not following through on the job or providing said video, using a bucket as a bathroom for some time, requiring multiple trips per issue to resolve*** I initially had a sump pump failure and thus a flooded basement and had the unit replaced and was referred to a restoration company that "they worked closely with". I was drastically overcharged but did not no any better at the time. The new pump began to have issues a week later and that unit was replaced. Fast forward a few months and I had a clogged main line. I was told that it was clear and paid despite asking for the camera footage all the way to the city line and not getting it. My toilet began to back up that night and I called to have my main line again fixed. I was told that it would be a week until they could come back out despite not fixing my line the first time which was rescheduled again by them. My frustration lies in having no access to my toilet or shower for a week for work that I was told was fixed. I used a 5 gallon bucket for the toilet and most likely would have been told I would have my complete main replaced had I not called the city who clarified that the plumber was incorrect as to where my main line lies. My crawlspace was also covered in feces from their work and I was told to "probably call a restoration company". Prime comes out and I have the city guy come at the same time. City guy was right (with the plans...) and after a few hours my main finally gets clean from roots. I asked at least 5 different times for the camera footage of my main and never received it even after talking with the owner. I then had flooding in my yard where the main is that I am currently working on with no leg to stand on as I was never given any video. Would not recommend

Prime Plumbing did a great job for us! From the call back we received to the completion of the job all was great. Todd was professional and friendly and went above and beyond to get our bathrooms up and running quickly for the childcare facility.

As a Restaurant owner I’ve gone through a lot of repair companies. It’s too bad it took so long to find Prime. They are quick and efficient. They are great at communicating arrival times, quotes, issues all of it. Nathan has been our most recent tech and he looks at repairs as if this was his own restaurant. If you aren’t using Prime you are getting second class service!

This has been frustrating. We had them out to install a new dishwasher and redo the peetrap under our kitchen sink to decrease odors coming from the sink. A few weeks later we discovered that their fix leaked.. aggressively. To their credit, they came back out and returned the sink configuration to where it was before they had touched it. We just have a destroyed kitchen cabinet now. After 5 phone calls they offered me either a refund or repair of the cabinet, which they destroyed (but not after attempting to blame the damage on us). I will update this review if we end up going to small claims. This has been frustrating. That is not what has been offered to date. So far the offer has been fix the damage OR refund. Mistakes absolutely do happen however, there was no pre-existing damage, the only leak this sink has ever had was caused by your company. We paid you to come out to address a smell with the sink and a leak under the dishwasher, your staff took photos, I would like to think the corroborates my statement.

I hade Prime Plumbing & Heating replace the 18 year old furnace that went out in my home. I had no issues with prime and they were always in direct communication with me on the process. Their prices may have not been the cheapest option to go with but I did not have time to shop around and they were very fast to get me on the books and quality of work was very professional.
