Amazing job replacing my water heater. The installation was seamless, my technician was friendly and made me feel comfortable, and the pricing was Fair. Not to mention how prompt they were in an emergency situation. Finding honest contractors and companies like this are hard to come by these days! The girl who I spoke to on the phone was very sweet and enthusiastic and gave me all of the info I could have possibly needed and made it a smooth process to get my service set up. Would recommend!

Run!!! They will leave you hanging at the last minute with no explanation. Michael was quite rude and wouldn't tell me why they were backing out of a job they had committed to at the last minute after I had signed their proposal and provided payment information. Professional Plumbers Denver - Your response to my review here sounds like profiling and discrimination to me. I gave you a valid credit card that you did not even bother to run even though you accept credit card payments. UPDATE: Being denied service by Professional Plumbers Denver was a blessing in disguise. I found another plumbing company that got the same job done for $1,500 less (that's over 27% less), and they did a great job. Imagine that! So Professional Plumbers Denver is price gouging too. Thank God for little mercies!!
