Jacob and Coty were very professional, accommodating and did a great job! They put in a new bathtub in my 60 year-old home and it looks great!

Chris, a very personable man, was very patient with us and our myriad questions as he explained plumbing and drain line inspection results. He took his time in replacing our 27 y/o water shutoff valves that were leaking and provided helpful drain maintenance we can perform. We were very pleased with his service. High recommendations are in order for Rooter Guy.

I had a 20 year old water heater that was showing signs that it should probably be replaced. Initially I didn't even have Rooter Guy on my list of companies to come quote the replacement. But I spoke to them on the phone and they said they could come out to take a look same day. Jacob showed up within an hour! He listened to what I was looking for, and didn't try to push a bunch of other upsells. His Master Plumber knowledge was immediately clear and he provided me a very reasonable quote within a few minutes. The quote was good enough that I pulled the trigger right then and he was able to do the full replacement AND do an additional repair asked for in a little more than two hours. The job looks great and now RooterGuy is my go-to for my future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

This review is on behalf of the two man team comprised of Coty and Valentin. These guys just finished the most amazing plumbing work I'v ever seen. Apparently we had an old cast iron pipe in our sub-floor that had been leaking for a while. This caused leaking in our basement. Coty and Valentin came through and did the most amazing excavation, rebuild and clean up job I've ever seen. They adapted to problem, created solution and totally upgraded out entire plumbing setup including a total main stack rebuild, fixed old piping from upstairs bath and toilet and totally rebuild our kitchen to stack connection through the subfloor. What a job. Coty and Valentin were easy to communicate with, efficient in their efforts and went above and beyond the call of duty. I've also had other great interaction with people in their company including Chauncey, Gordon and Josiah. All around, I'll totally use them again if needed.

He was amazing! He was polite, knowledgeable , efficient, and was very tolerant of our dogs. He answered all our questions. We are very pleased with everything and would highly recommend him to anyone! Thank you for sending him for our faucet installation !!!!

Aaron for Rooter Guy came out to our house to look at a lot of sewage water in our crawl space. He came out within the hour and looked everything over thoroughly. He explained the next steps, call for a Cleanup company for us and snaked the pipes. After the cleanup they sent another plumber and he had to replace an 8 foot pipe that had burst and he did it quickly and efficiently. Both men were professional and understood what the job was. I highly recommend Rooter Guy Plumbing for any job small or big. They are courteous and fast.

Chris came out a day after we inquired on plumbing help. He was so friendly and inquisitive. Our house and plumbing is old, so he took the time to figure out what was going on before proposing a solution. After 2 solid experiences with Rooterguy, we have found our plumbing go to!

Valentin came out on very short notice and helped us fix an issue right away. He was very professional and thorough, and he explained everything that he was doing. We will definitely be using Rooterguy for any future plumbing needs!
