I really appreciated the service and kindness! We had a significant leak at our shop that forced us to close for the day. We reached out to Steven & Sons Plumbing & HVAC, and they sent someone out (even after hours) to assess the situation. To our surprise, he said he could fix it on the spot without needing to run for supplies. Fortunately, he had some leftover materials in his truck. The plumber completed the job in about an hour, and we were able to reopen the shop the next day with everything working perfectly. We are grateful for their quick response, friendliness, and professionalism. If you need a dependable plumber, definitely give them a call!

The owner took the time to explain everything about septic systems, which was incredibly helpful. They were transparent about their schedule and let us know that they would be out in a few weeks after we paid our deposit for an exploratory dig, especially since the weather had everyone busy. True to their word, they arrived on the scheduled day and didn’t charge us for the deposit until the digging began. On the day of the dig, a supervisor and two team members came and successfully located our tank and junction boxes. It turned out great, as no additional repairs were necessary, but they still offered some valuable tips for the future. Plus, they cleared out our rain gutter drains, and now they function perfectly after being clogged for years! We couldn't be happier with our decision to hire them; they have definitely become our go-to plumbing company!

The project involved a full remodel, copper repiping, updating my fixtures, replacing broken pipes, and fixing the sewer line with a connection to the septic tank. Superb work. Decided to go with them due to their impressive feedback. First phone call with Bryan from Steven & Sons Plumbing & HVAC was very polite. He was here by early morning after a mid-afternoon call the day before. Bryan was meticulous in detailing the problem with the water heater and the reason it needed replacement. He made a call in my presence to check the heater's price and promptly gave me a quote for the total expense, including labor (quite fair). In under three hours, he had bought the heater, returned and installed it. Bryan conducted numerous checks to ensure it was functioning correctly and explained how this heater would vary from the previous one. Quality service indeed. i'm a very satisfied customer.

i had a blocked sewer pipe and reached out to steven & sons plumbing & hvac, not knowing what to expect. the lady who picked up my call was extremely kind, cheerful and helpful. levi and jay showed up and dove right into the task. you could really see their expertise and they knew exactly what needed to be done. before i knew it, the job was done, everything was cleaned up and they were off to assist their next customer. a big thank you to levi and jay for their fantastic work. i would strongly suggest anyone in need of plumbing services to give these guys a call.
