They stayed within the scheduled time frame. They were all friendly and they completed their work within the scheduled time frame. I have to say Michael did a super great job explaining the whole process from start to completion. The whole team was always friendly and willing to answer my questions. The completed installation more than met my expectations in terms of quality and functionality when they left my home they left the whole work area CLEAN. I had never used Tipping hat in the past. Kodiak came out and was fantastic. He was very thorough and knowledgeable and gave us a terrific quote. Later that same day we had a team out installing a new furnace and AC unit. They were very careful in the house and did a terrific job. Inspectors came out and said everything was perfect. They said they have very few problems with the work Tipping Hat does. We just had Jesse come out and cleaned our sewer line. Again, very professional and nice to work with. Meho came and did the scope, another nice and friendly person. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone and I will definitely be a repeat customer!

We had the pleasure of Chris B and Brad G come out today. They helped us with a drain that was backing up. Chris was very knowledgeable, professional and, exceeded expectations. Brad G dropped a camera and gave insights to our property. They provided excellent service in what we needed to resolve our drain issue and more. They also did a superb job with cleaning up afterwards. Not only will I call them for future services, I highly recommend them. Thanks for for the exceptional work, gentlemen.

Had a backup situation in my basement and Tipping Hat came right away. Both employees that came are very generous people. Never felt awkward being around them. The quality of their work was amazing. Very thorough with what’s going on and what they’re going to do so that you had an exact understanding. Overall great experience. Definitely recommend and will call again if I encounter anymore plumbing issues.

Excellent service! We mainly worked with Justin and Jeffery- they were so friendly and did an amazing job. We were working with another electrician installing a power panel and after multiple failed inspections on the project we decided to switch electricians going with Tipping Hat. They did a great job repairing the panel and we passed our next inspection. Would definitely recommend and go with them again for any future needs.

The team did an excellent job with our new furnace and water tank. Everyone was professional, answered questions and provided a lot of useful information, the install was neat and looks great, and the whole job was done faster than we expected! Really appreciate all the work.
