Alex was able to quickly determine what the problem was, took the time to show me what he found and provided a range of options to consider. We ultimately decided to replace our 22 yo furnace. The next day Junior was right on time and made quick work of removing the old furnace and installing a new one. Left the place as clean as he found it. Would use Ultimate again in a heartbeat!

A cold Friday in March is not the best time to have issues with a furnace. Thankfully for us, we called Ultimate Heating & Cooling & Electric and we couldn’t have been more satisfied! Ultimate heating and cooling were wonderful to work with! We had to replace our furnace in our new home, and were really stressed about the unexpected expense 2 days before leaving for a trip. They got us in for a fair price and got someone out there within 4 hours of our initial call, with the team there ready to install by the next morning. From Kelley the service tech, to Kyle the estimator, and Ricardo and Junior leading the instillation - the process was seamless and truly felt like we were in great hands. Low pressure sales with education on all the options, safety being their priority. After using them for the furnace we are having them back out to look at our electric and we know we’ll be treated right. Definitely call them for your needs! Update - had Mark and his colleague out to check our electrical and they took the time to explain the ins and outs of all they found so we could make informed decisions about how to proceed! Ultimate is simply the best. I have done business with them for over 20 years. Never have I ever had a problem! They truly care. We added a Water System and a Steam Humidifier in 2024 - both purchased from and install by Ultimate Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric. We now have superior water and great humidity through the winter! Thank you Ultimate!

You hope to never have to emergently replace your HVAC system on one of the coldest days of the season, but if you do Ultimate is the company you want to do the work! Their responses were prompt and detailed making if a very seamless and pleasant experience.
