I recently had a great experience with Zoom Drain Denver South, and specifically with technician Shawn Woodward. From the start, the company was extremely responsive after I submitted an online form. They were professional and prompt in scheduling the appointment, which was especially appreciated since we were dealing with a basement drain backup two days before Thanksgiving—not an urgent emergency, but definitely something that needed attention. They called ahead to let us know they were running early, which was a nice touch, and arrived on time. Shawn quickly assessed the issue and provided a very reasonable quote. He completed the drain cleaning in less than 20 minutes, and everything is working perfectly now. Shawn also took the time to explain the benefits of scheduling a hydro jet cleaning service, which we plan to do after the New Year. He was polite, professional, and even earned the approval of our pugs! Overall, a fantastic experience, and I’ll definitely be reaching out to Zoom Drain again for future needs. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience with Zoom Drain! They were quickly able to get to our property to resolve a sewer issue. Our tech, Shawn, was amazing. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and got the job done quickly. Zoom drain will be our first call for future issues, though we hope not to have any!

First of all Rich is awesome and extremely knowledgeable with plumbing. We just bought a house and the walk out smells funky. I have slightly high tests for slime mold around the hvac drain. Nobody can figure it out. He was sent out to give me an estimate on jetting and looked at the pea trap etc. I got information from him but they got me for a sewer scope. I just paid $200 for that at inspections 4 months. I didn’t really want that done or asked for it but once he was 50ft deep I knew I would be paying for something before he left. I was rang up $189 for a scope I didn’t need or ask for and my walk out still is an issue with smell. So that’s it. I still have a problem. Would I use them again yes if I had major plumbing problems. I just wasn’t ready for a $189 for information I already had.
