If I could give the Greeley branch zero stars I would. I just called to have a technician come out to unclog a clogged toilet at 9:15pm on a Friday night. The man who answered the phone (Chris) sounded high af and bothered that I called before he even asked me what I was calling for. I told him we had a clogged toilet and asked him if he had any technicians available to come out tonight. He then belittled me and asked if I had even plunged the toilet. Yes, obviously. Who doesn't try to fix a problem before calling and spending money on a professional. I was then asked several personal questions and then was told that he wasn't going to waste his time coming out here to fix just one toilet. I told him he obviously doesn't care about his company and that he was now just wasting my time. I don't normally take the time out of my Friday night to leave reviews for companies but I don't want another woman to go through being talked down to by some plumber with an ego trip. Be a better human sir

Confirmed with This business that it is the correct business, left message and waiting for call-back. This is the end result of Roto Rotor of Windsor CO charging over $7,000+ over two years. I do not recommend them for any type of work. This 10" pipe was damaged by them and they could not find this root clog 5' from the access point. Expect repeat charged service calls because it was never fixed in the first place. We were told well it looks normal.

Worst company do not use them we hired them to fix a leak and the worker was very messy and made a hole when we brought it to the workers attention he acted surprised that it was there and acted all confused and later lied in his report and said it was there before when it was not. He acted very unprofessional and didn’t call in advance like they said they would they just showed up. They also parked in the driveway which is suppose to be for the people that live in the house all companies know to park in the street parking. They did not want to take accountability and repair the damage they made. We will never use this company again I wouldn’t wish for my worst enemies to deal with this company

Keith and the team at Roto Rooter have been our go-to for all things sewer related for both our real estate business and our rental properties for years! We always look to Roto Rooter for their opinion, we have seen them save our clients thousands of dollars from other contractors who tried to rip them off with "unnecessary" repairs. They truly go above and beyond and when a repair is needed, their prices are very fair and their crew shows up on time and gets the work done in a very professional manner. We can't thank them enough!

Jeremy was very professional and careful while dealing with installation of our new faucets. We really liked the way he worked.we would really take his help in future for any plumbing related works. One year down the lane One of the toilet flush they changed stopped working which was done on June 2023 confirmed by the front desk lady. Now it is one year and one month. I was told one year warranty on labor and now when called they say it exceeded by one month so will be charging another 150 on labor per hour on top of the product they installed which didn’t last one year. Won’t recommend them anymore and Jeremy who I would recommend any day is not working there as well. I went with another company Polar bear. They were very nice and fixed everything for 40 dollars compared to 150 per hour estimate from this company on a work which they were supposed to do it on warrant in first place.

Peter installed our new kitchen sink, faucet, and disposal very very nicely. We are very happy with it. We love it. Roto-Rooter of Weld and Larimer County is top notch! Their work is the highest quality.

We are so thankful for Roto Rooter! They have come through for us multiple times when our old sewer system has backed up. This last time we worked with Raul who was so great to work with! He was very professional, informative, helpful but his demeanor is so relaxing we appreciated the vibe be brought to our house. Their services are very well priced and much lower than another plumber we tried. I would recommend Roto Rooter again and again! And will only call them going forward.
