Excellent service!!! Andrew and Miguel came to my place today to replace the water heater. Both were knowledgeable and professional throughout the process. It was late in the afternoon and the guys were working a long day. Everything was done right and they ensured that all of the components and other NG appliances were functioning correctly before they left. Highly recommended!

Highest of recommendations for Top-Notch Plumbing! I had a water leak happen late last night, and sent an appointment request. I got a call first thing this morning, and at first it seemed like I would need to wait a few days to get scheduled. But there was a cancellation list and I was able to get an appointment today, about an hour after the first phone call. Andrew got to my house quickly, and he was very efficient. Promptly diagnosed the issue and did a temporary fix till I can get scheduled for the replacement of the bathtub fixtures. Andrew went above and beyond, making sure the pets stayed safe while he worked, and was very patient with explaining what the issue was and how he planned to fix it. I cannot thank you all enough! Stressful situations get so much more manageable when those helping are kind about it! Thanks to Andrew, and thanks to Top-Notch Plumbing, I have peace of mind now.

The plumbers were nice and the plumbing of lines was done well (I believe there was a leak when the water was turned back on but they got it fixed.). However, I believe I got a hot water heater that had a lesser BTU rating than my original one, for a higher price. Not sure if that (the BTU rating) is important? During the job, somehow all of my manuals that came with the unit got wet and they left them wet in the plastic bag they attached to the side of the heater...why do this? They did not clean up the silver soder fragments on the floor and did not pick up the sheet metal screws they dropped on the floor. I had to clean all of that up. Finally, When they removed the old heater, they allowed it to drip dirty water from the furnace room all the way upstairs along my carpet. I have some cleaning up to do. I did request that they contact me, and the owner did contact me. He was very concerned with my feedback and he stated he would make things right for me and he did. A very good company that I would recommend.

Hello, Scotty came and did a great job replacing my water heater. When he came to do my estimate he was professional and helpful, so i asked him to come back and do the work. I also thought they offered a fair and competitive price. I would recommend Top-Notch Plumbing to anyone. Thank you so much- it's really nice to have hot water now!!

My water heater started leaking and I reached out to Top Notch and they were quick to ask me some diagnostic questions and set up an appointment the same day to diagnose the issue and even knew exactly when they could conduct a full replacement should they confirm the worst case scenario. Unfortunately, I was not able to use top notch’s services this time due to the water heater and installation being warrantied under another company. Since I just bought the house it took me some time to track down the right information from the sellers. I communicated that with Top Notch and they were nice enough to leave the appointment in place until it was confirmed to be a warranty issue. I have no doubt we will have plumbing needs in the future and they will be my first call.

Miguel came over and gave me an estimate and answered all my questions to move forward w a new instal. He got me scheduled and he came out w Scotty and did an amazing job. These two did an amazing job and I highly recommend these two!! Thanks Miguel &Scotty!

I've had a lot of various plumbing issues lately (unfortunately) including two emergencies. Top Notch has exceeded my expectations each time. They have responded to me quickly each time and made sure my plumbing emergencies were addressed promptly AND for a reasonable price. Me and my family were very happy to have received service from Top Notch Plumbing! We had Scotty and Roland complete the services we needed with our gas line and they could not have done a better job! I am very satisfied with the quality of service these two individuals provided.
