Sewer Lines Only

Cameron was great all around. He arrived early, was professional, and provided a very thorough report on what was going on at my property. I look forward to hiring them on this job. Highly recommend. So the job has been done and the experience after Cameron came out has been anything but great. Let's summarize: - Sergio and his team canceled on me FOUR times. Twice on the day of. Imagine how disrupting that is to plan your day around that. - They started an hour late on the first day - They cut out the concrete in my garage to find out that the sewer line actually ran a foot over, meaning they didn't have to tear everything apart in the garage. - Once they finally came back to pour the concrete after canceling four times, they did a very very poor job. - The new concrete poured is already cracking , there are several low spots catching sitting water, parts have chipped away, and they didn't do a clean job. There is concrete residue everywhere. - The worst part of all is that they didn't even pour the concrete right on my patio. They left my patio beam sitting on a brick!!! - They also removed my fence to get a tractor in the back yard and broke two of my fence panels. I haven't heard a peep from them since they "completed" the work a week ago. I will revised this review after I hear back.

I originally worked with Sewer Lines Only when purchasing a home as there was a belly in the sewer line holding water. They scoped & gave me an estimate for repair, and let me know the grading of the remaining line was less than ideal but wouldn’t be a major issue. I received a credit for the partial line replacement as that’s what they recommended, and they sent to the seller without my consent. 2 months later the entire line backed up and flooded parts of my basement. I was told that the entire line needed to be replaced due to the grading, by the same company that told me this was not an issue 2 months earlier. They worked with me on getting an emergency repair team out as I had no running water, but their team did not respect my property, did not communicate, and left everything a complete mess for a week. The trench was left open with dirt piled up in the yard for 2 days. At the end of the week once the job was complete, their crew left raw sewage in the yard, damaged our sprinkler line, damaged our fence to the point it couldn’t close, and left landscaping a mess. They came back 3 days later to fix everything, after we'd had to clean up sewage and dirt as to not kill the grass. The job is now complete but after the headache of dealing with this for 2 weeks I would not recommend this company.

I contacted Sewer Lines Only to get a 3rd opinion on the water line for my basement. Ashdon was simply wonderful! He was on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and walked me through the camera scope with more detail than other companies. He didn’t try to sell me on the more expensive procedure but recommended a lower cost option that looks like it will meet our current needs. Very impressed and will likely use this company again in the future!

While their services were not the least expensive,, they were competitive and the depth of their expertise, as demonstrated by Cameron, made them the clear choice. The work was completed promptly and succinctly, and it was exactly where Cameron said it would be.

Ashdon was outstanding! He was kind, personable, and clearly very knowledgeable about his craft. He took the time to explain to me in detail (with real-time video) the status of our residential sewer line, and it was clear that his recommendations were based on what was needed rather than attempting to sell me any unnecessary additional service or products that we didn’t need. We called Sewer Lines Only to get second opinion on recommendations from another vendor, and this appears to have saved us thousands of dollars. We will be working with SLO going forward!

Sewer Lines Only was able to make an appointment quickly and arrived when they said they would. Austin was the tech who scoped our sewer line, he was able to give us an honest assessment of the condition of our line. They left no mess, were clean and courteous. Highly recommend.

Used 'Sewer Lines Only' a couple of times now, each time I have been impressed with the customer service and work done. Specifically Ashdon has always done a great job for me and been very thorough and helpful. I will continue to use them for my sewer cleanings as I think they do a better job than the previous company.

Great company! Hired them to clean out my main line as I haven't had it professionally cleaned in at least 5 maybe 7 years. Before doing it the tech scoped it and then came to tell me he didn't see any roots, no real scaling or any real issues. I asked him in his opinion what would be his recommendation and he told me he didn't see a need to do the cleaning and he would hate to charge me for a service that wasn't needed. When I asked how much I owed him for the inspection he said they do them for free so there was no charge for the visit at all. Recommended we get another inspection every couple of years but doesn't anticipate any issues. So great to have honest professionals! Highly recommended!
