Drain Terrier

Drain Terrier saved me! My sewer line collapsed and I needed a more affordable repair option. Other companies quoted me nearly 30k. Drain Terrier came out, gave me an estimate, and started work 2 days later. The project was finished within 2 days. Their team worked quickly and did an incredible job. I am so relieved. If I could give 100 stars I would.

We had a great experience with Drain Terrier. Benjamin came on a Saturday to check out what was needed and give us a free quote. He went to Home Depot and came back on Monday to do the work. Since we were trying to repair a shower plate that was 25 years old, the universal kits were for newer models. But Benjamin was persistent and came back with new parts that worked. I liked that just as he was finishing, he asked me to come let him show me what he had done and test it out. No hassles, Benjamin had integrity and we thought the costs were reasonable.

This company is awesome. Very thankful for them and their work. We had a stressful plumbing situation come up and they handled themselves very professionally. They are great at what they do and are great with customer service. Dave was great at assessing the issues with our drain. Tracy and Gary even came on their day off to make sure everything was going well. Can't recommend them highly enough.

I hired Drain Terrier for a sewer cleaning, but their definition of “cleaning” is very different from every other company I’ve used. Instead of fully clearing the tree roots from my line, they simply poked a hole through them, leaving the problem largely unresolved. After getting multiple other quotes, every other company told me that Drain Terrier barely did anything and that my line just needed a proper root cleaning—not a full sewer line replacement. Despite this, Drain Terrier tried to upsell me on an expensive replacement or charge 10x the price for the same cleaning other companies provide. I would really like my money back, as I did not receive the service I paid for. Very disappointing experience.

If I could give 6 stars I would! Dave was amazing, thank you for sending him out! I will definitely call these guys if I need anything else done. I love this company!

Ben from Drain Terrier came over to fix a leaking basement pipe. He was punctual, efficient, and fixed our problem for a reasonable price. I highly recommend Drain Terrier for your plumbing needs.

Tracy and Gary did a great job with the plumbing for my bathroom remodel and I couldnt be happier with their work. They were friendly, knowledgeable and always available. I would definitely recommend Drain Terrrier for any plumbing needs.

very sloppy and untrustworthy; will not be using them for our other projects that we asked for quotes on. the person i talked to for scheduling was always kind and understanding. She was our only good experience with them. I was sad about our terrible experience with the plumber since they are a family ran company and we really want to support small local buisnesses but we gave them 3 strikes and now i gotta warn people not to use them. the plumber had incorrect and sloppy work. had to come out 3 times for changing our shower cartridge (something any handyman should easily be able to do), 2nd visit fixing that they reversed the hot and cold water, then 3rd visit fixing that they damaged the cartridge on the 2nd visit causing our shower to drip uncontrollably which was never a problem before. They had the audacity to charge us twice for the parts ($75x2=150 total for a part thats $29 at home depot) even though it should have been covered under a warranty since it was within 30 days of his original visit. audacity to try and blame our water pressure forgetting they checked it on the 1st visit telling us it was normal! they also replaced our shutoff valve on the 1st visit and had very sloppy solder work, there is solder dripped all over our basement wall and floor now. Even got some on my Cubs World Series cup that was by my work bench and is irreplaceable. We had to remind him that he needed to re-caulk the shower caulk he cut out because he didn't remember. They left muddy shoe prints all over our bathroom and even forgot their tools here on the second visit. hopefully in the future they'll vet out bad employees like this guy.
